We had Scharm look at a shower flooring issue we had. Many other companies looked at the issue and wanted to tear out my entire like new shower. Scharm studied the issue and said they had a solution which required no tearing up of the shower and they fixed the issue. I am a perfectionist and found that Scharm exceeded my expectations for the work they did at our home.I would highly recommend Scharm for any work to be completed and have found, where many companies today have inexperienced workers who take shortcuts, Scharm does a thorough job the first time and they do not have to return to fix an issue they left or created.If you are looking to have a project completed and want a someone to do an exceptional job, I would strongly recommmend Scharm.

We moved to our home two years ago and are slowly working our way through our improvements list.Scharm continues to be a valued partner. Last year when we needed to replace the worn out stair runner (two levels including two landings) and the transformation was amazing. They are very professional and easy to talk with about ideas and concerns with regard to materials, budget and an efficient timeline for completion. This year we wanted to address our tile flooring that had 20 years of ground in grime in the grout as well as several cracked tiles. Matt and his crew made all of the repairs, deep cleaned the tile and grout and worked with us to select and complete the perfect color seal for the grout lines. The transformation is incredible! I wish I did this two years ago. It looks like a brand new floor! Additionally, the floor will now be easier to maintain. I look forward to working with Scharm on our next project.

I went to Scharm for a stair runner after seeing how great of an experience my mom had with Scharm. Luanne was very patient with me and helpful as I selected some samples (they have a fantastic selection to pick from). It was nice that I was able to bring samples home to see how they looked with my stairs. Fred came out to measure within a couple of days and two installers came to install the runner within a couple weeks. It was a fast and easy process. The installers did an amazing job and were very professional. I love the new runner and would highly recommend Scharm.

We had carpeting in two bedrooms done just last week and it was a great experience! Quality product, very respectful and helpful installers, and good communication about timing and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the install and product. The installers moved the furniture out (we got the little things) and moved it back, making sure it was in the place we wanted before they left - such a small thing that really means a lot! Highly recommend!

Freds team installed a runner on my staircases and other carpeting accents for my hardwood floors. They did a great job and the small touches like binding on the carpet look great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a small business experience versus a big box store.

What a Wonderful experience. When i walked in the showroom to my hardwood floor being installed. I never realized how many versions of carpet there is and the poor quality that Menards and Home depot sold compared to the quality that they give you. All of the people made this a great experience. I never felt like I was being up sold. I will definitely use them again :)
