Always recommend this place to everyone until today. Took all my cars to this place from my mustang, to my Audi, to my bmw. Till I brought my brand new car there and they failed to clean it properly. Showed them the dirty spots all over my roof, front windshield, and hood. Some reason they felt the need to tell me after paying 35$ for a car wash “for 10$ more we can see if we can get it off.” Very unprofessional very disrespectful that after buying there most expensive car wash to ask for more money to try to clean the car properly. Then after asking for a discount so I can do it myself and I was told “we washed your car” so I had to spend an hour at home cleaning it properly by my self. Stay away from this place it’s not worth wasting your time on these money hungry people they don’t care about customer service they care about money.

They did a good job on my volvo. Process wias pretty smooth, usually it takes about an hour for detailing and washing.I got mid vehicle package cleaning interiors and washing.Overall I would rate them 5 out of 5.Definitely recommend.

First time, when I came here, I was happy, they washed my BMW X5 pretty well, then I let my wife go there and wash Cayenne, I was thinking that I finally found best car wash in the area... I came today with my daily van Mercedes Metris... it’s sad that pictures don’t show reality... they told me that is construction vehicle... if it’s Luxury it must be Luxury... I’m ok to pay extra for job!

Just had my car detailed again here. They did an amazing job! Got all the swirl marks in the paint out and not even a hint of wax on the edges or the black plastic trim! Very impressed! Highly recommended!

The best car wash in town no matter what is the problem they will fix it for you, their prices meet my expectations there is nothing I can do to thank these guys for the excellent job. I am also thankful because they advise me about some things I didn’t even thought they could be fixed. My Volvo looks amazing they explained all the services needed and I told them what to do and when they delivered the vehicle to me the told me to inspect my vehicle to make sure everything looks good and in effect there was nothing bad some little stain on the door for the finger but nothing a wet towel won’t clean thank you Gina for the complementary service you offered is good to know that you guys have an undercarriage service it will be very useful for my when the snow comes and don’t worry about heaters they do bad coments because they always want something for free 😂😂😂 thanks guys.

Gina is awesome! I have an 06 Lincoln Town Car that rarely gets dirty. But this week I had it in rain, through construction areas and parked out under a pine tree! I have to say, Ive never been to any car wash where I didnt have to wipe off a pretty good amount of water! But not here! My car looked ALMOST as if I had washed it myself!

Pretty disappointed I know it was a regular wash. But I would think that vacuuming and cleaning floor mats is normal. Even asked the guy while picking up my car “ you guys don’t clean the mats? He said NO, I figured his English was limited and he didn’t really want to talk to me, well that’s ashamed also later I found out they didn’t even vacuum under the mats. If your looking to get your car or truck washed GO ELSEWHERE. I had absolutely no issue with them until today! my mother will not be taking her vehicle in anymore! The female at the desk needs to reevaluate her people skills and she needs to watch her comments around clients. Customer service should be your top priority! keeping people happy is what you should be doing! Keep your personal opinions to yourself and dont talk smack about other people WHO ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. You want to have exclusive customers and not “deadbeat vehicles and customers” MAKE YOUR CARWASH EXCLUSIVE THEN! shame on you!

The services are so good and the best part is that someone is always doble checking the work in order to deliver a quality job I was surprised when they told me to make Shure everything looks good and if I have any questions let the guys know. I am impressed with the outstanding service that I received at Luxury Auto Salon. Gina and Franky are remarkable in their efforts and their expertise. Gina was sincere and thorough in making sure that my car received the services that it needed. While being professional, she felt like family to me with her friendliness. I had to laugh when she asked about removing the yearly parking stickers that were collecting at the front/right-hand side of my windshield. Truly, they were blocking my vision and were embarrassing as I neglected to remove them. In addition to shampooing my car seats and floor mats, Jose removed those stickers, which left me with a car that felt new.

If you want your car clean go elsewhere. I was asked if I wanted anything special done. Pointed to a couple spots that I want it cleaned and was answered with hopefully the guys inside will get it. Did they? of course not. Why bother asking. Looks like they even added more dirt and some spots

They miss spots here and there. You have to check your car well before leaving... The owner is very friendly! My only concern is that she is paying her employees a living wage in addition to the tip box which is divided amongst the car washers. NEXT TIME I WILL ASK.

Me and my brother take our vehicles to wash in luxury auto salon. the building is very clean plus the service is great and the staff even better. I dont mind to wait a little bit. The lady in the front is so kind and efficient the guys are very hard workers. Now my ford raptor looks good to keep my job moving thank you guys. I drive an hour to get to luxury car wash every week. I can’t find better place to take a good care of my car. Excellent customer service and great staff. Also (Jana ) was very professional and provided a great service. I truly recommend you go to there and experience their service. Thank you!!

Very disappointed. Have the $79 monthly pass. Everything started off well when they opened but things have been going downhill. Lack or proper vacuuming, bug removal and drying my truck. Can live with these things here and there but what I could not live with was damage to the cable to my rear defrost cable of my Yukon Denali XL. The cable connection was not broke when this was dropped off. I noticed the guys looking at my back window but didnt think anything of it, then I found it at home... The lady manager said how do you know it happened here. Well it wasnt broken before it came here... $1200 rear glass replacement since it cannot be soldered. She had the guy who was looking at the broken cable leave a message and say they found it that way. Sure you did...On another note upcharge for bugs, ok I get that but I do expect there will be no bugs for the $5, $10 or $15 upcharge.$15 upcharge for muddy water on the wheel wells and side of truck behind the tires. No go on that one, Drove the to self carwash and spent $3.00 to spray it off then brought it to them, One guy still wanted to upcharge but the other manager said it was OK, thank you for that one.I have seen some interesting discussions on the quality of washes, people pushing back. Should have taken better ques on this.They operate under Caveat Emptor, customer takes the risk. They will not cover damage that is done, accepting no liability. If you want to take your chances support this business. I will not, cancelled my membership that renewed on the 26th, today is the 6th - NO REFUND... But was told I can bring my car in to get washed for one more day - NO THANK YOU. Guess you need the money more than I do. I also will not be purchasing a car from JIDD Motors since they own this place. We are in the market for a new car.

I left my car for detailing, when I came to pick it up not a single window was cleaned, dashboard wasn’t cleaned only dusted. Feels like I paid $160 for a regular car wash.

My favorite spot to get my car looking brand new! Great prices and great quality work. The staff is also very kind especially Gina who was able to take my car in to get cleaned right when they were supposed to close. Hard to beat the small wait time and great service they have here!

Went to get a car wash. My car had salt on it. Luxury did a great job. Theywashed the windows. Vacuumed the car. Wiped the car down. My car looked so good after the car wash.

Very nice place that has struggled in the past, but the new owners seem to have a handle on things. Very nice people there these days. And complimentary coffee is always a bonus. Make sure to take a bit of cash for a tip, as you cant add it to your credit card.

I used to go to platinum on Waukegan but due to recent staffing and performance changes I found Luxury Auto Salon. Safe to say I regret not coming here sooner. They do a fantastic job every time I go. I never have to touch up or redo any of their work. I highly recommend.

I bought details with my car and every time I go there I get more and more disappointed I wish I would have never bought details and had to go to that company.They charge extra for the littlest things and its just always a hassle. They also had to reschedule my appointment five times this year.

Im a fairly new customer to this establishment and I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the work done here. Every time I have been here the work done has been outstanding. My vehicle was quite messy the first time I brought it here and I got the middle wash package for 22.99 which is priced a little high when compared to other car wash locations I have been to, but when they were done my car looked fantastic. Well worth the money considering the quality of work. I was really impressed how they take the time to make sure they blow out anything from under and in between the seats. No other establishment has ever done that for any priced wash package. Also, the waiting area is immaculate. Every time Im there, it is so clean you could almost eat off the floors and they have free coffee to top it off. That is a pleasant surprise to detail that you dont often see at other car washes. The staff are also very professional and very courteous to all my needs. I have definitely found my permanent car wash location.

Decent infrastructure, be careful the under carriage /over head blower system cranks up to 170 mph and can potentially blow something loose underneath your car apart. They state there are postings around the location where as a customer would have to notify them of something loose so they can turn off the under carriage fan but the signs are patchy in random spots, kinda sketchy.

Did a detail car wash cost me 350 dollar. Its not worth it very very very poor job. They said they shampoo three times but I think its a lie cuz my seat seat smells like baby puke. I complained the smell and they said they are charging me extra $200 for smell to remove. Plz pple dont do your detail car wash here

I cant give them less than 1 star. They are savages. I brought in my car and decided to go for the package. $200 detail. Pricey, but they said they will make it shine!!!. They said that they will use this and that and the car will look fantastic. I brought in a nice Mercedes with original equipment wheels.They ruined my wheels. They used a harsh chemical that striped parts of the clear coat and left white residue that couldnt be taken off. Then in the effort to fix the wheels, they buffed them with some heavy grade buffing compound that left the marks on the paint since it sprayed everywhere. When I came to pick up the car it was full of dust. I mean covered in dust. After it was detailed, mind you. They said oh doors were open and dust got on the carThey said we can take it off, but it will scratch your car. After a $200 detail they were not even willing to dust of the car. Someone wrote that they are like a used car dealer! It is true. They dont care about you, just your money. Not a good way to built a business. Poorly trained staff.

This is the top car wash in the area. My family and friends has been coming here for almost 2 years. The quality of vacuuming, wash, and wipe down is always excellent. They always check around the car if there is some area not clean. They give good attention for cleaning inside out. Amazing customer service and crew. Their management is kind and helpful. So my first time here was on Wednesday and I have to say I AM AMAZED. I LOVE this place! Certainly a spa for my truck! She is shining like a new penny and it’s been a few days! Can you say IN LOVE. The service is professional and the washes are TOP NOTCH. The prices are a little steep but nothing astronomical. I will go back! Again and again. It’s safe to say I am throughly impressed.

Fantastic that is not an automatic car wash, with the giant cylindrical rotating brushes that tend to scratch your clear coat over time. Plus you can literally watch your car move through every step in a climate controlled environment.

Great place to get a quality hand car wash in the suburbs. It does take a bit longer but that’s to be expected as all services are performed by hand. Staff is friendly and outgoing.

For the price, not worth it. All weathertech mats covered in some slippery goo that was impossible to wash off and left you slipping and sliding when entering or exiting the car. Rims were were actually untouched. I could not believe that. Rest of the car looked cleaned. Would not recommend.

The good:Hand wash from start to finish! Inside is real professional and clean looking. Monthly car wash plans for unlimited car washes. Friendly staff and cashiers. They offer TONS of extra services such as radio installation custom RADAR detector installs cracked glass fix, etc.The not so bad:They sometimes will miss miscellaneous dirt (such as bug guts, tree sap). Its not perfect, but if you bring it up to them they will fix it and make you happy. Depending on how much time/work is required they will do it free of charge as well. Do expect on a busy day like the weekend to wait around 30 minutes for the process from start to finish (hand washing takes time).Overall experience for being A regular customer for the past 4 months is been very positive, and I would recommend them to others looking for a proper hand wash. The management really goes out of their way to make their customers happy, hence the reason for me revisiting this review.

Extremely bad experience! Very bad service!!! After waiting three weeks for car wash and detailing interior cleaning, they leave my car almost in the same dirty condition! They did not clean most of the interior ! Dirty navigation screen, fat fingerprints on the interior of the doors (not from me), salt on the carpet, dust on the rear screens! That’s the results of the detailing interior cleaning! I wish to give them Zero star! And this is part of my VIP package coming with the car ( price $ 1457).

Got a package deal for detailing when I purchased my vehicle from Jidd Motors. Dont bother. Cant get a straight answer on anything, scheduling is a nightmare. First you have to have them inspect then book appointment. No doubt this is where they inflate the costs to make up their profit. Taking my car to We Wash, same day service and I know exactly what Ill be paying BEFORE I arrive for service and how long I can expect it to take. No thank you Luxury Auto Salon, total waste of time.

I went there to wash my BMW X5 today and I had the worst experience in 2 years of washing my cars here. They charged me the cost of a wash of a full size SUV. The X5 is a midsize SUV. When I told the lady running the register about this she says she knows the the X5 is a midsize but they consider it a full size at their car wash. This is the first time they charged me for full size in 2 years. I had bugs on the front of car and I asked them to remove those, they charged $10 extra and did a very poor job about removing the bugs. This was my last time coming here.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they do well but often it is just so so. Usually shorthanded so the wait is too long. Jidd Motors owns this car wash so owner cares more about making his used cars look nice than satisfying car wash clientele.

This place is great. You may have to wait for your car but you can’t rush a great job. I’m not sure what kind of soap the use but my car paint never shines the way it does from other places as it does when I get my car wash here.

I had the unlimited vip package from Jidd motors; these guys are in cahoots. They had my VIN, License and everything. For years, I used the wash and the four details, they then asked for the original VIP agreement again which I provided; after the wash it was gone and Jidd says I never purchased it. These guys know its not true. Very bad Karma for these folks.there is a great wash down the street use it

We brought our midsize Lexus over for a thorough cleaning (previous owners were very heavy smokers the car was an ash tray). We worked with Gina who gave us her recommendation about how to clean and get rid of the cigarette smoke. We were so happy we followed her recommendations! They had the car for a whole day cleaning it inside and out (including shampooing everything inside) and then they ran an odor eliminator in the car for an hour. When we got it back you would never know anyone smoked in the car - the car was spotless. Absolutely recommend. Cost about $270 which was well worth it.

I went there this past weekend. I couldve done a better job myself. The only difference I noticed was the exterior was cleaner. The inside looked the same! $22 dollars for nothing! And they didnt clean the wheels. First and last time I will go here.

Slow. Slooooooooooooooow. Two vacuum lanes when pulling into the car wash, but according to the attendant if the vehicle ahead of you needs its interior vacuumed and shampooed and you dont need any interior cleaning, they cannot put your car into the wash ahead of the other vehicle. Even if there is a line of cars behind that dont need interior cleaning. Even while the wash sits idle because everyone is waiting on the monster SUV having its full interior cleaned. Very inefficient, and a big waste of time.Great car wash otherwise. Very thorough on cleanliness. Be sure to pack a lunch though.

I had car detailed on Thursday the guy checked when I dropped my car there is no scratches and when it’s done they call me to pick up my car until I pick up my car they didn’t tell me anything and give me the key and told me check I check it’s big scratches on my car I asked the guy they told me they don’t have any thing to stretch then I told himYou checked there is no scratche than hr said he has to check in camera and call me back in two days today is the two days complyand they never call me this is S550 $100,000 car but look like they don’t care it’s worst customer service I recommend don’t go this place they can damaged your car

1 star for the lady who owns is friendly. I always leave positive reviews but this is terrible Upsold 30$ wash for. 2 door small car. Wipe panels center console all this extra They left stains on panels, all the dirt in the cup holders. Then when I showed them they said well we just wipe real quick dont actually clean the stain which is just a coffee drop a swipe with my finger was all the effort it took to remove it.... Save yourself the time and money go to a 10$ wash. Same quality. Lost a customer its nearest wash to my new place .

Be careful. Items inside car might get stolen. I came for exterior and interior wash. I had a flash drive attached to the music system. After the wash, the flash drive was missing. The owner showed little effort to recover it. They just denied any responsibilities of stolen items.

I feel like this place could be better if the employees looked out for the customers. I was charged the same price as their 1st car wash package but not given all the services that come with it. Pricing for other services such as window tinting isnt very competitive either. Buyer beware, very ominously ran like a car dealership.

I’ve been coming here for years and dealing with all the up-charges (apparently bug removal and wiping down of seats is an extra charge on their most expansive #3 wash, also Toyota 4Runner, which is a midsize SUV at this place is considered a FULL size) Brought in my work van today and and just left. Ridiculous place. Normally washed it there, started off with 50.00 per wash, price went up to 70.00, today in the morning it is a whopping $120.00. Keep in mind this isn’t some passenger van with 20 seats inside, just two front seats and a dashboard, guy said that 120.00 wash included wiping down the dashboard and an outside wash. I would like to invite the management of this fine “luxury” car wash to see my van washed inside out for $35.00, done by professionals down the street. As a matter of fact everyone should go to that place. Check out “LIKE NEW AUTO SPA” in Park Ridge. It’s very sad that the only luxury you get of this place is their pricing, happy to take all my business to a different place, where it is actually appreciated.

I took the time to give my opinion about this car washer since I had a bad experience with this company that existed for two acations but it was fatal the service would have to ask if they did me bad service the first time and I went back again for a simple reason this company and the dealer called jipp motor are the same company because when you buy the car you are subject forced me to buy this contract but the truth is a shame as a company because when I leave my car for the detail they tell me that the contract What I did is not a complete detail and I wonder what the full price is if I pay them $ 1495 for 4 details in the year, so please think very carefully before buying a car or truck in that dealer called jipp motors. and worse if it offers them the detail service for your car why are thieves

I was impresse because they asked me to check my car to make sure I was Happy, I had a city sticker that I couldnt remove and they removed for me, everyone was very friendly and helpful they explained the whole process, give me free air freshener and free coffee! ! ! Love this place I definitely recommend to everyone!

It was ok. Im used to ones in the city where they go fast and slightly cheaper.

Already reading the things that have been put in this forum and the ratings on the service of this company also thought about a little experience I had with the service they gave me to one of my cars that I spent taking it in that company and almost three weeks ago I went For a detail of my car and I left a very good conditions I only took it to put more protection to the paint of my car because in the winter the paint is damaged by the weather what is in Illinois but was worse medicine than the illness gave me the car with scratches in the paint and complained to the manager of that local and he called one of his cats to explain what happened to my car and the truth I did not understand anything why I think that person or his own language I spoke well, worse English so friends and ladies think it over before taking it to this car washer because the manager does not know anything about that business 👎👎👎🚘

Not sure why I keep coming, but this was the last time. Pay for wash with wipe down and interior vacuum but they want to charge me $10 extra to vacuum inside cup holder. This place never does things properly and the attitude of the women is horrible. Time to find another place.
