Gerard was very helpful on our initial visit in helping us decide what size unit we would need to hold our household belongings for our upcoming move until our new residence was ready to move into. Temekia was very patient and informative when we arrived to pay for the unit selected. She carefully explained the security gate access code procedure and had us test it on the spot. She explained the benefits/need for the damp check moisture absorbent and the use of a blue tarp to protect our belongings. These two associates provided welcome relief during a very stressful period.

Every time I go in to make my monthly payment the door is locked. Posted sign taped to the door shows you a clock with a time stamp when someone will be back to unlock it. Nothing wrong with that stone everyone has needs and deserves a break, the issue with that though is they are never back on time. Now I understand that things happen but I shouldnt have to wait for 30 to 45 minutes after the time shown to be able to walk in and pay my dues. Its a waiting process each and every single time.

I came in a few days ago looking for a storage space. I had never used a storage space anywhere before and I had heard public storage was the place to go. The associate in the office, Arianne helped me understand the process and where to begin with choosing a size. She was very polite and friendly and understanding of my lack of knowledge about this! I will definitely be coming back to public storage for my impending move!

Temika the on site manager is ALWAYS so helpful and informative.. You NEVER see that woman standing idle, its as though she IS the business! She always has a smile on her face and more than willing to help with any issue that you might have.. However, its a shame that public storage is not helping more through this time...its so sad knowing thatso many have lost their jobs and have SO much to worry about already & Public storage doesnt care one bit about their customers ..they are also still demanding late fees! They should be ashamed

Exceptional service was provided for me by Ange as well as Tameka. They were both very polite and helpful. I was there right before closing. It was a busy day for me but they helped me upgrade my storage unit in the most timely fashion. The service was Exemplary. I highly recommend this public storage store. I’ve been to other location and experienced bad costumer service but I can promise you the service that I was provided made me definitely blew me out of the water.

Excellent facility kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything you need to store (tape, boxes, padding, plastic) is available to purchase. They also provide flatbed carts to make moving a breeze. Checkout was easy.5 Stars. I will use again.

My experience with this location was great from the 1st call when I spoke to the manager, I believe her name was Tameka, my memory is not he best. Went in next day for big move and Steve was there to help, he spoke highly of Tameka also. He was fantastic to work with, very patient, professional and thorough, nice guy. We ended up getting the next size up untit for a dollar more. There were flat carts to use, if busy you have to fight for one. Unit and building very clean. I highly recommend this location, great experience. Great customer service which is high up there for me.

The customer service here was great. Bryan and Temekia helped me pick out the right size boxes and some other loose end stuff. Honestly was kind of surprised at how helpful and in depth their questions were to make my move faster and more efficient.

This is my first storage facility experience and i couldnt be more happier. First it started with great customer service over the phone and then personal help by managers around the facility, especially Dennis. He was very friendly and helpful making sure to answer all the questions and needs.

Debra was very helpful and friendly. She made sure I didnt forget anything I might need.

The place is generally acceptable but has some negatives. It isnt climate controlled and gets very warm in the summer and the outside doors are propped open. Theres a bathroom which is routinely inaccessible and not always kept stocked with supplies. Theres a security issue because the front gate manual door has a flaky latch so sometimes its possible for anyone to enter the off the street.

A family member who has stored here for a long time recommended this storage facility. Place is clean and staff is very courteous. The guy Steve worked through his lunch to help get me checked in. Thanks for the extra effort!

Went to Public Storage because we needed some more room for our things. Our storage space in our Condos basement was flooded and we needed an alternative. We went next door to Public Storage and found a space that we were satisfied with. Thank you Dennis, you were so helpful and accommodated our needs. Highly recommended person to see if you need help.

I spoke with Steve Berner, who was extremely helpful with my concerns regarding an upgrade from the unit Ive had for the past five years. I ended up upgrading to a bigger unit and he worked with me, well past his lunch time. Mr. Berner, was very professional and showed exceptional customer service skills.
