We met Rachel the night of our photo session and were greeted with a warmth and familiarity that set us at ease. Bringing 3 young children to a photoshoot, at dinner time, on a Friday night, had me a bit worried but Rachel had us laughing and comfortable the entire time. She had clearly prepared by giving specific thought to our location as well as anticipating the needs of our family. She also has an eye for beauty- in the scenery and in each of our children. I could not be more pleased with the images she captured and would highly recommend her creative and passionate eye to anyone looking to capture beauty and joy in their photos!

Rachel photographed our wedding and I have to say she beyond exceeded my expectations. I had a very specific vision for the photos- I wanted mostly candid, journalistic photos that told the story of the day instead of the classic wedding poses. She listened to my ideas and I felt like she really took then to heart. A lot of photographers just have the standard set of pics they always take but Rachel really personalized what we asked for. I was SO HAPPY with the process, with Rachel’s attention to detail and artistic implementation of my vision. She was attentive, professional and highly talented. Especially at an outdoor event, with a variety of lighting situations and angles, she managed to create a cohesive set of images that truly and beautifully captured our day. She told our story the way we wanted it told. I absolutely cherish these images and will throughout my lifetime.Her prices were a bargain for the level of quality we got. When we have more life milestones we will definitely be engaging Rachel Mummey again.

Absolutely love working with Rachel and highly recommend her! She is so knowledgeable, personable, punctual and professional.
