They are slow and take forever. And they act like they are better then everyone and everyone that they hire that is good ends up quitting cause the way they run it.

I lived here for couple of years recently I remember Iowa being polite helpful this time was awful terrible and uncomfortable I live in the south now and they’re nicer here than Midwest.. only advice I have is take vacations or move out of your deaden lives for crying out loud. I simply called for info about my benefits and the lady was very nasty and rude and instead of handling the matter professionally she hangs up in my ear when I confront her about her nasty and smart mouth. Lol cowards of the world and I have no pity on you! Choose your battles

Had me jumping from number to number over a simple issue and was not friendly or compliment to assisting the issue, for a DHS worker i would expect more

Rude as hell DHS workers. Stop wasting your time on families who don’t do anything wrong and focus on the ones who need your help. Stay the hell out of our lives.
