We chose Harold Burge to be our realtor after going to one of his open houses. He was kind, funny, and eager to help us put our house on the market. We also met Matt and were impressed by his years of knowledge and understanding of the tiny details our house held. Harold did a great job understanding our needs and concerns. We not only found the perfect home, but we were also able to sell our home quickly! I hope to never leave the house we have now, but if I need to--Harold will be the realtor of choice!

I cant say enough about Matt. He was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance and it was the best experience Ive had in buying a home. From taking me around on visits and helping me learn the area, to offering sound advice on how to negotiate, I ended up getting a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood, and at a fair price! He managed to do all this in a very low-pressure manner, he took the time to listen to me and used his knowledge to help me find what I was looking for. Outstanding service all around, I couldnt be more pleased.

Alicia howe is the most unprofessional with responses. waiting till last min to respond if at all had to ask same questions multiple times, after offer was null and void her clients did not want to sign cancellation form and refused to refund my earnest money. Which by the way is totally against the law. i will file complaint with state board and hope to never have to do business with remax again. I will be sure to let all friends and family know to stay clear of this company

The REMAX Concepts agents Ive interacted with not only know their real estate stuff, they are nice too. Jenny Farrell (and Matt) and their staff threw the most amazing Halloween party! My friend has dealt with Jenny with her real estate questions. Jenny is patient, kind, and goes above and beyond to explain things so the client makes an informed decision.

Not happy to share, this brokerage has allowed two of its agents to hold my earnest money without release due to a home deal not going through, issues outside my control. I havent ever written a poor review as I understand the implications for businesses facing the one-sided tech review approach. However, this is a clear case of some type of vindication for agents with hurt feelings trying to take advantage of a potential home-buyer.Its been well over two months without a word from this (sellers) side brokerage firm although my (buyers) agent has been diligent in following up consistently. Just today, I had to send an email indicating the time frame they have to comply before legal action is triggered/taken. Two agents responsible for withholding my earnest money are: Kenny Kauzlarich, and Jonathan Dowie.Its really disappointing with such a small real estate community, this company is choosing to treat prospective home-buyers with this degree of disrespect.This will be one of many reviews Ill be writing, detailing the dealings with Remax Concepts and the two agents listed, as well filing complaints with Iowa General Attorneys office and The BBB.

I have been in the market to purchase a house for the last month or so, working with many realtors who have been a pleasure to work with, but the Remax Concepts agent was by far the worst experience. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.. almost incredibly so. I was quite surprised at how terrible they were and they did not even realize it. Would highly recommend NOT doing business here. Overall grade: F+
