Andy was very professional from the initial phone call to the final delivery. He really knew what he was doing and the move was flawless. Plus, he quoted a flat fee that was much lower than his competitor who adds a $12 per step fee and a $50 drive fee since they have to drive here from Indianola. The icing on the cake was that he and his son were really nice guys.

Have an old piano from a garage sale. It had a broken string and was badly out of tune. The expenses, including future maintenance, were explained. The pros and cons to spending money to fix the old piano were explained. Surprisingly, the fix was easier than thought, and the manual tuning was done in under two hours for a very reasonable price. Now, I still have an old piano from a garage sale, but it is in good work order. Awesome

Andrew is great! He is super knowledgeable, polite and professional. He always lets our daughter ask questions and watch him work. He always does a wonderful job tuning the piano. The price is very fair and I never feel like I overpaid for services I didnt need. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know and use Tuna Piano for all our piano needs.

Andrew has tuned and helped move pianos for me. The man is an expert!!! He tuned our old Wurlitzer in about an hour and it sounds beautiful. He also took the time to explain in detail what to expect in terms of maintenance looking down the road. Andrew takes his time making sure your piano is carefully moved and he appreciates it if you are able to help. If you are unable to help, make sure you let him know so that he can arrange to bring a second person. Andrew has always been polite and professional - a good guy. I highly recommend Tuna Piano Service!

Weve hired Andrew to move our piano before, which he did a great job of. This year, we needed it tuned, so we called him for that as well. He did a great job, arrived on time, was within the price range he estimated, and my piano now sounds wonderful. I will be calling him for future tunings.

Andrew is an expert at what he does & he is a gentleman and a professional. I had to chuckle at one of his reviews because some guy was upset that Andrew would not take the stairs to move a piano - I gotta tell you - I wouldnt take a piano on any stairs either. Pianos are HEAVY and not all stairs are going to support that kind of weight. Andrew is smart & would know that & would not risk doing what that clown wanted him to do. Andrew does his work professionally and is well respected. Thanks for all you do Sir!

I was gifted a piano. I was reluctant to write this review because I didnt actually pay for him to move the piano, the estate of my late friend did. But the man who never did introduce himself was incredibly disturbing to work with. It was supposed to go into a small extra bedroom as I live in a small bungalow, but he refused to do that due the fact that his dolly wouldnt fit. He did not want to lift it and carry it a few feet. My entrance doorway is also small, and most things have to be brought in by being positioned upright. At one point he had this piano upside down in the middle of my living room! When he started tugging at my handmade oriental rug to try to do something else, I just had him place it so he could leave my house as soon as possible. Very disturbing person, would not recommend him to move anything. He may be ok to tune, but I will not have him back in my home ever!

If I could give a negative star it is well deserved. Called to get price range for moving piano, guy on phone was rude and if I didnt understand and asked what he meant, he repeated the same word only louder. Interupted me wouldnt slow down repeating himself and finally got sarcastic with me. I never raised my voice but calmly said I was going to check elsewhere, he yelled at me thatjust bevause I didnt like his price I was going elsewhere. I Iexplained it was his rudeness not the price. He really yelled and hung uup
