Love this local jewelry shop. Went in to get my engagement ring resized. They had great customer service and were up front about pricing (and reasonably priced) and gave me a projected window on when it would be done. My ring was done within the given window and they called to let me know. The employees were very knowledgeable and made sure my ring fit correctly and I was happy before we left. We will definitely go back to get my engagement ring and wedding ring soldered together and for any other jewelry and service.

They were incredible! My engagement ring lost a stone the day before my wedding and they were able to fix it and have it back to me same day. I could not be more thankful for their service, kindness, and talent!

I have taken a couple rings for the father daughter owned business to repair and also polish back to new looking, Excellent communication and their work is just perfect! The family is great, super friendly and does fantastic work! They were over $300 cheaper than a chain store for my repairs. My wedding ring looked brand new!! And it only took a little over a week. Small place and a little hard to spot but youll want to pay attention to find this place!

Amazing! One of the best jewelry stores in Des Moines they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy going in there and talking with the owner and watching him work on the old clocks and watches. You wont find a jewelry store in Des Moines as confident as Strac Jewelers. They have many hard-to-find items

Stopped by because I was told by lens crafters to come here to get my glasses fixed. My glasses arm solder had broken and they did a beautiful job fixing it. They had it done in only an hour! Will be coming back if the need arises again.
