I have been involved with Next step counselling for about 6 years now. I get habitation services and I see my therepist through there also. I have been is similar programs throughout the past 30 plus years, but the enormous benefits that I have received thru the 3 people I have dealt with the most here have helped me way beyond any before them.

I would say Next Step is like Fresh Step cat litter, but Ive stepped in neither. I am completely unqualified to be here.

This counseling angecy handled my case very very poorly. If there were a rating below one star I would rate them that. I have a lot of personal issues that I am currently dealing with. I was and still am in need of a counselor. I met with one nice therapist one time. I was told that because of my insurance she couldnt take on my case and would have to refer me to someone else. She would contact me in a week, they never contacted me again. I mean if you are in the field of helping people, then help people. Dont just jerk people around and put them in the same postion they were in before they walked in the office. I Wil never be back to Next Step and I will never recommend them to anyone. Very bad service.
