My landlord recommended I use Lathrops for a new office space Im leasing. He uses them for his business spaces and home and has had good results. The office space had very large dark spots on the carpet from the prior businesss furnishings. They got the carpet looking like new, but equally important, were very polite, punctual (gave me just a short window of time instead of making me wait all morning), and friendly to chat with. The price was a bit more than when I used a large chain company, but I feel that the customer service was worth it and I will use them again.

We had my moms apartment carpet cleaned today after a health emergency and she was taken to the hospital. The three gentleman that came were so professional and SO KIND. They all shared their apologies and expressed sincere concerns. I was so touched and so impressed. They did great work with kind hearts. You cant beat that kind of service.

These guys do an excellent job on apartment change-overs for us. They respond on short notice, show up on time, and complete the job satisfactorily. They got out several stains I did not think would come out. Absolutely recommend.
