My wife purchased a few certificates to give this auto detailing company a try. Although we used other companies in the past in DSM, I have to agree this is by far the best place in town. Such precise attention to detail, top notch products and superb customer service is what this company about. The cars turned out to be in pretty much new condition. Scheduled detail for my Lexus IS350 with their on line system. Detail was done the next day. They did a beautiful job on the car. The interior was as clean as it was when we bought it. The engine compartment looked like a new car. They even cleaned the spare tire area in the trunk. Excellent customer service I will be back with our other vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend.

These guys were great to work with and did an awesome job. My car had some water stains on the upholstery that they managed to get out... Ended up getting my car back cleaner than when I first bought it! Price was reasonable, and the people were really nice. Ill definitely be coming back.

I was referred to Perks for the Exotic shield ceramic coating after buying a Black truck last fall. Bob and Mo are wizards with a buffer they made the paint look like you could dive into it. Through the winter I would do a quick pressure wash and the truck looked good, today I hand washed the truck and it looks just like it came out of the detail shop. I have already coated another car and taking the 3rd one in soon. I have been extremely happy with Perks and absolutely love the exotic shield coating.

This is the place to go when you want the best. My car looks amazing inside and out. My paint looked dull before hand and now it Shines bright again. I have a very rare Volvo 1997 850R black wagon. It has the original paint from when it rolled off the showroom floor 20 years ago. I was convinced I would have to paint or wrap it to give it that beautiful shine again. I took it to Perks on the advice from a friend of mine who uses them for the finish work on his high end restorations. I was blown away by how Bob and his staff were able to bring the shine back. As I prepare to show the car this summer Perks will be my go to from now on !! My car looks new again inside and out, the work they did on the engine bay was outstanding!! I am thoroughly impressed with the service and quality work they did, super reasonable pricing as well.

I brought my Eclipse in for paint restoration. Perks is pretty well reviewed, so I was pretty confident; and god damn was I not disappointed! A couple of bills and that car looks like a whole new vehicle. The reviews are accurate! I cant describe how impressed I am with my van after having it at Perks Auto Spa. We have a 5 year old van that really looked like a 10 year old van on the inside. It had pet hair, juice, pop stains, gum, cup holders that seemed beyond cleaning. Honestly I thought the only way to clean it was to light a match to it. When we picked the van up I was shocked. It looked just like new if not better than new. The odor from the back was GONE! The stereo even sounds so much better for some silly reason.Just an hour ago I had a guy help with my groceries at Fareway and he said Oh this looks new, did I just buy it? after I opened the rear hatch. He couldnt believe it was over 5 years old.They also were so nice and have a very nice business. If you want your car to look and feel new again take it to Perks. I know Ill make it at least a must do once or twice a year.

Perks did a phenomenal job on my work truck. It was trashed and I honesty had every intention of getting rid of it once I got it cleaned up. Was quoted $149.99 when I made my appointment. Then when I come to pick up the car I was told $269 plus 4% because I was using a credit card. The customer service is unreal and lacks any kind of business ethics and professionalism. The detail was comparable to Mister Car Wash and is not worth more than $99.

I was so impressed with the work they did on my SUV. I drove away thinking, This is the car I loved at the dealership! (3 years ago). Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about Perks Auto Spa. I took dads car in to have it detailed, needless to say many years of neglect and cigar smoking and coffee spilling had taken its toll. These pictures are before and after. You can see they literally take the car apart and get every square inch clean. There were even two dead mice under the backseat. I can imagine how that wouldve smelled the first warm week. The owners are amazing and make you feel right at home, I feel like Ive known them my whole life. Anyone who wants to have their car detailed I highly recommend Perks Auto Spa.

Perks Auto Spa did an amazing interior detailing job on my 2014 Nissan Altima! It looks and smells brand new! This is saying something as I have the bad habit of smoking in my car. I took it in as an ash tray on wheels and they worked their magic on it. Seriously, best service Ive ever received from an interior detail job! Great price, great people! I only wish I had taken before and after pics!

My teenage son purchased a gift certificate for me a year ago. When I used it it was for something completely different then what they told him.So I went with it.... They were using a new guy that day and obviously did not over see him!When I picked my car up it was running with the heat full blast, no one mentioned they were gonna use my gas to dry floor boards!!!!They asked me to inspect the job so I did. I immediately noticed some things. They began correcting them, because there were so many problems they quickly tired of fixing them. So I left. I got on their FB page and began inquiring about the packages they immediately got a bad attitude surely not one of service and blocked me from leaving a review.None of my windows were rolled down to clean that edge, the sky light was not cleaned either, some type of cleaner was left on multiple areas of the exterior of car, seats were not vacuumed thoroughly nor even cleaned well at all. Where they had cleaned there was a thick residue of cleaner left on dashboard and leather seats. They told me it was my fault because the car is a 2004!So no I would not recommend nor ever use them again!!!! Beware.

I heard about them from Beckley Automotive when they stopped offering detailing, and was amazed at the superior job Perks did compared to the adequate work I had received from other places. Krista & Bob are two of the kindest, nicest people you will find in good ol dezmoinez, and through trying times they have never failed to deliver a perfect experience and detail, going above and beyond on several occasions (windshield, long story). Highest recommendation!
