We were on our way home from the hospital where I had day surgery and suddenly we lost air pressure. We were able to exit and pull off the road. Roadside assistance 4hrs, 2tow companies 2 hrs. So happy I called Cesars. Within 15 minutes we were greeting our driver. 10 minutes later on our way. Professional service, fast!

I called Cesar because my engine overheated. He was great to work with and even helped me get the repair done even though it was his mechanics day off. I thought the charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this service.

I called Cesar for a quote on a tow and he not only gave me a competitive rate, but he clearly articulated that he understood all aspects of the job, picking up a car from a terminally ill friend and bringing it to me for repair with the keys.The next day, I confirmed that I would like Cesar to send a driver to pick up the vehicle. During the whole process, I received good communications and updates. I would have preferred that the driver wear a mask during the pandemic, but he was diligent about keeping more than ten feet away from people so I was not concerned about his conduct.The pickup and delivery went smoothly using a clean, nicely equipped rollback for the trip with all the bright lights on the vehicle worked properly. The operation appeared to be safe in every aspect that I could see.I am glad that I selected Cesars Towing for this job and would not hesitate to make the same call again.

I was pulling into a hotel parking lot the evening before a flight from SEA-TAC when my power steering went out. I had driven from Anacortes and had a 7AM flight the next morning. Although it was already after business hours, Cesars returned my call and agreed to pick the car up from the hotel lot the next day, and had it ready when I landed two days later. Throughout they were timely, responsive and courteous. I highly recommend them.

It is a 50 mile drive from home to these guys but they do good work and are honest about what needs to be done. Id taken an older BMW to them a few years ago and so when my Jetta needed a brake job, I asked them (with another shops quote in hand) how much it would be and was told if you need this then it would be this price, if this and that then it would cost this much.Fortunately for me my rotors where OK thus saving me a bunch of money. The other shop wanted to replace all of my rotors. They also showed me the old brake pads and how close i was to needing to replace at least a couple of the rotors.They are definitely top of mind when I need work done that I cannot do the work myself.

We were in a bind, having one of our headlights out, while my wife would be driving in the dark for quite a distance the next day. She found Cesars online, and called him up just before closing time. Cesar told us to go ahead and bring the car by, and he would see what he could do. Cesar was friendly, courteous, and professional, as he went out of his way to run down to a parts store to get the correct bulb for the headlight, came back and changed it out. Problem solved! I went here for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for a car I was looking to buy. Didnt end up buying it, but they did a really thorough job with the inspection and giving me lots of advice. They were busy with lots of customers, but still patient and accommodating. Very nice and not intimidating or pushy. Highly recommend.

Listed as 24 hours. Called @7am, 3 times to no response. Got a text saying, text me, which i did, asking for a tow. No response.30 minutes later still no response.

Far from my place but still worth the drive, my go to mechanic. Always great service, always honest prices and whenever I need to get something fixed I leave with confidence.

Broke down on I5, and since Im not from the area, I looked up random tow companies nearby. First off, I have been in that situation before and its no fun. Super stressful, worried about getting ripped off, or having your car damaged, and not really having much of a choice. Wow I can honestly say I never would have figured I would be reviewing a tow company but these guys were awesome. Driver was a pro, great talk on the way back. Caesar was incredibly friendly, scanned my car at no charge, found out what was wrong and got me back home in a great move. Obviously hope I never break down again, but wouldnt hesitate to call them back, even if I am further out of the way. Really grateful.

Cesar is a solid recovery operator! This business is still open during covid-19. They have very reasonable prices, out standing service, and overall quick quality work. they used to say there are only three types of jobs cheap, quicka, and good and you can only get two out of the three. I would highly recommend cesars shop for auto work. They did my brakes and it turns out there was misunderstanding on my end...he gladly gave me a full refund while they still resurfaced my brake rotors and changed my pads....not many mechanics are as solid as cesar.

Had my catalytic converter stolen from my car and was towed to Cesars as a referral from my tow truck driver. While we decided that the repair wasnt worth the cost, the quote was fair and shop was kind enough to inspect and quote me free of charge.

Excellent service. Hydroplaned my Mercedes on the freeway and landed in a ditch. Called Cesars towing and they came to my rescue in less then 15 minutes. Juan the tow truck guy did a phanomenol job getting me out of the ditch and was very careful with my car making sure not to damage it. Juan even let me stop by the car wash to spray off all of the mud that was on my car. This company is the best. I highly recommend these guys for all of your towing and auto repair needs. Great customer service.I want to thank Ceasar for helping me out tonight. I called him and he said he would be there in about 90 minutes... He was there within 10. I was stuck at the gas station due to the slush and needed to be towed. He towed me to the freeway made sure it was safe and I went on my way. Also made me feel better about being stuck. Thanks Ceasar I would certainly keep you in mind when I need work on my car.

I was in from out of town and had a 2 hour drive home when my alternator went bad on my pickup. I got a new one and called Cesar’s at 8:30 am and he got me in within 30 min and in another hour I was out the door. Really appreciate his fast friendly service. Great customer service!!
