I have been have been a loyal state farm coustomer for several years now. Ive been with different agents but by far Betsy Cruz has been the best! She changed the game for me as far as what I thought I needed! As far as costumer service goes shes exceeded my expectations! Ive Never had an issue with auto payments, call backs or questions not being answered. She thoroughly explained to me what was on my policy and what I was paying for!
