We want to give the company hearing aids/HG a very positive rating for going beyond the expectations we ever expected... let me tell you my story about our wonderful experience with HG... my wife and i ordered some wax filters for our hearing aids the day we left on vacation, hoping they would be here when we returned from holiday... we had the post office hold our mail for the length of time we would be gone, upon returning, we picked up our bundle of mail, but no wax filters, or that is what we thought... we immediately fired off an email late on Friday evening, knowing we wouldnt hear anything back til the first part of next week... as i was checking our email early on Saturday morning, there was a very quick response from HG asking for more information so they could help us... i was soo happy to hear from them so quickly, so i gave them the necessary information they needed to research our order... again, i didnt think we would hear back from HG till Monday or later... in less then two hours on a Saturday morning, HG followed up with a tracking number for our order and told us, they had been delivered the Friday we got home... with that information we looked thru our mail again and this time we found the small package from HG stuck between the pages of a magazine... we were so delighted we ordered from HG, they went up and beyond normal expectations and have earned our business from here on out... we wish to thank Jesse for helping us during his well deserved time off to help us with our order... in closing, i hope youll will give HG a chance to earn your business in the future, they are the best.... thanks for reading and we just cant say enough how HG helped up... thank you again HG

My life changed in three hours. I walked into Hearing Group not suspecting that my problems were due to hearing loss and then I met Dr. Washington. A knowledgeable and well trained audiologist, Dr. Washington set to work measuring my hearing. Then he fitted me with sample hearing aids. Always he asked me if I was comfortable and explained what he was doing. When the testing was over I went back to Homestead Assisted Living and sat down with others in the Reception Room. To my surprise I could hear the television and understand what the actors were saying. I could also understand the people I lived with. I was accustomed to sitting in m room, alone in the silence, because I couldnt hear what others were saying. For the first time in two years I could be part of the group I lived with. What a change. A different life all because of sample hearing aids and Dr. Washingtons testing and evaluation. My life changed and I am now living with my friends because of Dr. Washington ad his knowledge.

Outstanding service to accomodate me as a new customer. I was tested and fitted with hearing aids on a trial basis but because of very major back surgery and the death in the family, I was not able to return to the office for about 3 weeks. They very willingly worked with me. I am now equipped with my new hearing aids and they are working as good as hearing aids costing twice as much. I know because I had such a pair from another source until I lost them. The entire staff was amazing.

On Jan 31, I went to the Hearing Group Derby, Kansas facility to have my hearing tested. Prior to the appointment I received excellent information about what to expect & how to prepare. Preparation required only that I bring along another person as a sort of sidekick. Arrival & checkin for the tests was very simple and straight forward & quick. Within minutes Dr. Brandi Hileman started the process & gently moved me from interview to & through the technical elements of the tests. Dr. Hileman went through the results with my wife & I & we had no trouble understanding the methods used & results. I was fortunate enough to test in the ranges that do not require any amplification at this time. But this test does convince to start having my hearing tested annually. Dr. Hileman & the Hearing Group have set me up for annual tests. Thank you Dr. Hileman and Hearing Group.

The employees here were fantastic, my client had been to plenty of places trying to get the best solution and we walked in today with no hearing aids and walked out with some and he was very very pleased. Plus the decoration is phenomenal inside!

I love the Hearing Group and the staff in Derby. Krisitina (hearing consultant) took her time explaining what goes on with your hearing as you age and you start to lose that ability. I went back and researched everything that I was told on my initial consultation and everything was just as she said. The fact that my wife could be in the room watching the results of my hearing test and during my consultation was a definite plus. This way she could understand (and remind me) what goes on when youve had a hearing loss. Being able to have a test pair for a week was the selling point and helped me to choose what options I needed when I made the decision to purchase. Anytime I have a question or need to come in to check things out, they get me in within a day if not that day. Customer service and product quality is awesome.

I have been with the hearing group for a little over a year now. I have been to see them several times for various things. More batteries, more cleaning appliances, testing and equipment adjustments. Sadie and the staff at the Derby office were so understanding of my frustrations with not being able to hear. They treated me as a person and not a client number. Sadie was very understanding when she tested my hearing and spoke to me so I could hear her and understand. Although I failed the hearing test miserably they explained everything about what aides could do for me and how they would give me my life back. I was given a test pair until mine came in. This i my review of the Hearing Group located in Derby. My experience has been terrific. I first went in there knowing nothing and my wife said that she thought my hearing was bad or I was just not listening to her. So I went there for a free hearing evaluation. After the simple and painless exam, I found out that I had moderate hearing loss. My wife was glad to know that I was not ignoring her! Once the results were in, the fantastic staff fitted me with a free trail of hearing aids for 30 days. From the first time I wore those hearing aids, I was hooked. I did not know what I was missing. I could hear. Jesse the owner worked with me on what I wanted in hearing aids. I wanted hearing aids that work, has bluetooth so I could use my phone for answering calls as well as streaming from my phone and listen to the TV without disturbing others. So for the next few months Jesse had me try different ones. During the process, Unitron finally released the perfect Hearing Aids. I dont even have to wear a streamer anymore because with the new technology, I can listen to music and phone calls through both ears. During the process, I did have some issues with the different hearing aids. One time the tip got stuck in my ear so I just went to the office and took it out. The Staff knows what they are doing and friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
