Not a long wait time and Liz was incredible! Gave a great haircut and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She kept the conversations going but also kept them light. She was amazing and I will go back to her everytime and I do recommend her to everyone!

Worst haircut I ever got. Got it 2 days ago, tried to contact manager, not available.Woman did not want to cut my hair she never spoke to me after she started. Stacked haircut is not shaved almost to scalp all over the back. Cut not even at all. Had to go to another salon to fix. They were horrified. They said it looked like a kindergartner had cut it. No hot towel afterwards, and threw the mirror at me to see the back. I also do not like the new system, where you have to tip first.

Gone there for 3 years or so, always been great. Until now. When they start expecting parent and kid separation that’s where I draw the line. Unreasonable fear of the virus is something I won’t entertain anymore.

I didnt get her name because my dr called at the exact moment I sat in her chair. Shes really sweet and has short hair with blue in it. Anyway, she put up with me being on a video call. So patient and understanding. Thank you!!!

Got in fast and good hair cut

Went in and got a simple cut. The girl working wasnt sociable. Barely even talked to me. Cut my hair super quickly. It initially felt lighter and I really wanted to get out of there. Left covered in hair. Discovered after looking at it later, uneven and super choppy. It looked like a kindergartener had cut it with wavy scissors. Ended up having to go to another place and have them even it out and fix literally everything. Will not be back.

Efficient, considerate, and competent services. The staff are friendly and responsive, and they work to serve customers quickly while still giving everyone close attention. Ive had easy and pleasant experiences here each time. Its also super inexpensive, and I like not having to make an appointment. Im willing to wait my turn if I can pop in at my own convenience.

The manager, Angela, has done my hair for years. Even when I moved out of state, I still waited til I was visiting home for her to fix me up. No one else has touched my hair in years. She has an extensive professional salon background, and it shows in her personal interactions and quality of work. I love getting her expertise and experience for Supercuts prices!! I’ve paid a lot more for her magic. ;-) Angela makes the store, and she trains a top notch staff.

This place was great and affordable. The lady I got cut my hair even and exactly how I wanted it. The price with shampoo and cut was only $19 . No complaints. This is also the only place that doesnt butcher my fiancees hair !

Didnt cut my hair like I told her then didnt even brush it out to get all the cut hair off! Ive never had an experience like this!

I prefer great clips. Stylist did alright but she didnt quite understand what I wanted. End result wasnt exactly what I was going for.

My son decided to grow his hair out. Angela gave him a trim and a shampoo along with tips on how to take care of longer hair. It was a great experience and haircut and well definitely be back.

Had not been here before, wanted to get hair cleaned up before next week. Went by in late afternoon and seemed to be only a 10-15 minute wait with me being a walk-in. Great Clips up the road even with online check-in will make you wait 15-45 minutes for a simple cut. Did not notice prices until sitting down, this could be larger or closer to door for new customers or posted online would help. Price for a mens haircut, mind you they never even spend 30 minutes on it, was $16.95, before a tip too for a run of the mill haircut. I ended up leaving and going up the road to great clips, waited less than 5 minutes and ended up only paying $12 with a tip! Prices too high here for simple mens cut.

I love the Derby location. They always do a fantastic job and even when they are busy they do not make you feel rushed. You might have to wait a little bit to get in, but when it is your turn they give you their time and attention.

I went to supercuts a couple weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. Called an hr ahead and Katie was wonderful on the ohone and in person. She took her time and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be back.

If I could give a zero I would. We needed someone to do a braid for a wedding, and after finding out that no one in the area was able to do a nice braid that day or at all, we thought we found our saving grace at this store. Keep in mind, we made the phone call in advance, this was NOT a last minute conversation. THEY KNEW FOR A WHILE DAYS/WEEKS. Spoke with the manager would said that SHE would do a braid, but they don’t take appointment, however she assured us that should would do it for us that morning. We get to the store within 5-10 minutes of it opening to find the manager well into a salon service. After assuring us she could help us out she didn’t even give a five minute window to show up. The staff was very dismissive and rude and I’m sure if the tables were turned they would have been just as upset as we were. It absolutely ridiculous that THE MANAGER assured us she would help out for this wedding and then just didn’t care. I will never go here again and wilL NEVER suggest my friends or family use this business.

My mom, sisters and other relatives have been coming to this store for years to get their hair color done and they have never complained and were pretty pleased with the service received from Angela (manager). They always talked highly of Angela and the professionalism she has displayed consistently doing her job. Katie has cut my hair once and messed it up pretty badly even after giving her clear directions how I like my haircut done. Never allowed her to cut my hair again, but Angela was very professional in handling my complaint. I heard Katie has left the salon, so not surprised why she is complaining. Sign of a typical disgruntled employee.

Ive been sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes now as two of the three employees play with one of the employees babies and giggle.The place intentionally tells you that the time will be about 45 min or so in an attempt to get rid of you so they can goof off. Ive seen it happen over 3 times since I sat here all alone in the lobby. Theres no wait time, its just that the employees are ready to go home and dont feel like working. They tried telling me the same thing.Cant speak for the quality of the haircut as of yet, but the overall lack of work-ethic and unprofessionalism has me worried.Id go somewhere else if I were you.
