Derby Glass replaced panes of glass in three windows and repaired the balance mechanisms in six windows. The windows were old and no longer being manufactured which made the repairs more difficult than normal. The Derby Glass crew was prompt, neat and efficient and the price was fair.

Ive known the owners for many years. They put all the windows in my house back in 2004. I went in for parts and Joe bent over backwards to find the right one and order it for me. Then he spent some time getting caught up on how I and my family was doing.

We had Derby make and install a custom shower divider in a bathroom renovation. They were difficult to work with and unprofessional at every point in the process.Here are some issues we ran into:-Incredibly long lead times quoting the project-Delaying the work by weeks because the only employee capable of field measuring was out of the office indefinitely due to an injury.-Telling us as we were placing the order that the original dimensions quoted was impossible to install and would have to be shrunk by a foot in width, then upon our installation suggestion did they figure out how to install what we originally wanted.-Increasing the cost by 20% without an explanation for us to realize only as they were installing that a wrong (more expensive) glass material was ordered-Very sloppy installation of siliconeTo avoid disappointment and headaches, take your glasswork elsewhere!
