I called him to make an appointment and he assured me he would be out in the next few days. He never showed or called. If you can’t pick up the phone to do some simple customer service, I will not chase you for your work. If a business can’t do a simple estimate what will happen if I have problems, not show? I would NOT recommend.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The day of the appointment no one showed up. About an hour later I called and spoke to the owner. He apologized and told me sometimes this time of year they get so busy that they forget to dot some is and cross some ts. Naturally, I was irritated because I scheduled for a very specific date on purpose, but I told him okay whatever, no big deal. Ill call someone else. BUT THEN, he called me back not 5 minutes later to tell me that he DID show up at my house, sat in my driveway and called my phone multiple times and couldnt leave a message because my inbox was full. Which is all false! I was home all day, no one pulled up my drive, I didnt miss a single call and my inbox is nearly empty because I just cleaned it! I even had my friend call my phone immediately after and he left me a voicemail with no problem. I would not recommend wasting your time with these guys.

We were reschedule for over 2 months for various excuses. We tried to give them a chance, when they did finally come out he said he didn’t have the proper tools to clean our chimney and left. Every phone call with the office (who I assume is the owner) was completely unprofessional with a very rude attitude! I would suggest using ANY other company!

We called Lucky to come and clean our chimney. Hadnt been cleaned in the 15 years since we built the house. Burn only occasionally and only hardwood, nothing soft.He came out, looked up from the inside with a flashlight and told my wife it didnt need to be cleaned that it was fine. He said, I could clean it but Id just be taking your money and Im a Christian and I wont do that. How refreshing! there are honest people out there!We would highly recommend him.

We scheduled to have our chimney serviced 2 weeks ago and when the technician came out he would not clean out our chimney and airtight fireplace because he said that the metal plate he had to remove was two hard to put back based on 1 he did before. Not all jobs will be easy. I even offered to come home and help him put the steel plate back in place but he did not even want to make an attempt. It is basically one bolt and a metal plate on a hinge I dont think he wanted to get that dirty even though it is his job. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

WOW! What a great experience! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable! He was patient with all my questions. I will be recommended them to my friends for sure!
