I called four times. Was told twice that someone would get back to me. Good thing it wasnt any kind of life-or-death emergency cause Id be dead. Completely blew me off and never bothered to call back and explain anything. So I moved on to someone else which is probably a blessing. They may be great if they ever bother to work with you, but apparently I wasnt special enough to get that privilege.

Amy and her team are very professional, courteous, and put customer first. The quality of service is top notch. After the service, our area rugs came out looking brand new. Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the results .......i was told it was pet safe products when I inquired before setting up an appointment however when I called to inquire for ingredients in the solution that they used to see if all 4 pets could be having an allergic reaction after the job was done because of intense scratching, all that they wilI tell me was it is all non toxic. I asked if they could come back and do a rinse and was told they dont do that. 3 large rooms and 2 large couches $$$The company has contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding from the staff that I spoke with. They complied with my request for the list of ingredients in their product and also agreed to come out and give the carpet a rinse to help alleviate the problem.

Theyve been so great and helpful everytime Ive been here. Its family operated so it feels good to me to support local. Price is reasonable and my carpets feel so clean after my kids and dog.

Excellent Professional carpet cleaning experience at my place of work. The dining room rug was badly stained with an ugly traffic pattern. Their service personnel arrived promptly, as scheduled, efficiently used their mobile steam equipment removing every stain, leaving the room fresh smelling and the brightened rug was barely damp.NO STICKY RESIDUE left behind. We have been pleased with their area rug pickup/delivery service, also. I highly recommend their friendly, courteous service that is reasonably priced.

Ill never forget it, it was a Saturday my husband was going to paint the Den and to our surprise he made a shocking discovery! We had WATER DAMAGE the type of damage where the entire wall needs to come down from ceiling to floor and the carpet had to be removed from the water damage and all the mold! Who you gonna call? Well we called Professional Restoration Systems and we are so happy we did the owner, Amy Prihoda, is amazing she came out the same day to assess the damage. Her team came out immediately to start the remediation. The process took roughly 2-5 days, and Amy facilitated all the vendors that we needed in order to get the entire job done! She even handled the insurance claim and dealt with our homeowners insurance company! They are hands down professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!
