Lovely time here today, I had a free haircut coupon from donating blood, and had a completely pleasant experience. It is obviously geared to men, but I was made to feel completely welcome and my stylist did a great job. Low wait time, impeccably clean and very friendly. Great job today!

After our first visit here, Sports Clips Derby is the only place my teenage sons will go for their haircuts. They have been happy with each stylist they have seen, and they are PICKY about their hair!! Would definitely recommend. And we love the easy online check in too.

Love the ability to Sign in/schedule an appointment online and will receive text messages on my status. Ive been to a Wichita and Derby location. Great Service and stylists. A little pricey- BUT hey, what a way to treat myself once a month. Hair cut, wash, condition, hot towel on the face while sitting in a massage chair, a massage once I get back to the stylist chair and styling once done.

Took time with my hair I have a real hard time getting my hair cut right because of the way it parts enjoyed the steam towles and the shampoo was relaxing I did come in first thing in the morning was quick to get in a chair and the only place open on sundays in derby

Theres something special about this Sport Clips in Derby.Ive pretty much lived my entire 30 years of life being unhappy with the haircuts I receive. I was so unmotivated to cut my hair that I let my hair get down to my shoulders before I was willing to do anything about it.I came into sport clips and met Erin. She helped me decide what I wanted to do and made recommendations when I didnt know what to do. It ended up with me getting a haircut I was more satisfied with than any other of my life.I waited 3 months and let my beard and hair get pretty scruffy again. I had never maintained my beard and usually when it starts looking unkempt I just shave it off and start over.Today Bailey cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Just like Erin did before, she helped me to decide what I wanted to do with both my hair and my beard. I feel like Im looking my absolute best. We also had a great conversation during the haircut.I highly recommend this location. I dont think you guys can go wrong by coming here.

I need to preface this review with the fact that every haircut I have had here has been excellent and the stylists are fantastic. I have never had a bad experience with this location.The two stars is because of the policy that I cannot call in to get my name on the list to get a cut. Instead I have to download an app to get on the list, which is ridiculous just to get a haircut. I couldnt even provide the same number I would normally type in when I arrive to get on the list over the phone. This forces me to have to wait up to an hour (happened yesterday), instead of being able to call ahead over the phone. For anyone who says I should just download the app, I shouldnt be forced to download software onto my phone just to get a haircut.Bottom line, I shouldnt have to provide my personal information or download a program on my phone just to get a haircut, and I will not be using supercuts anymore.

Best if you schedule appt online. Quick, friendly and professional.

*UPDATE management does Care & made things right *THANKS* make sure to use the app...Check the app in the parking lot said 29 min wait so I just walked in to check in for first availability wait was 45+ mins when I got called I told stylists I wanted a 0 on the sides and beard trimed up only to be told she could only do a 1 on the side and could not do my beard that I would have to wait for the next stylists only to have two other guys be seen first I left I asked if they do beards before checking in and they advertise

This was by far the worst hair experience Ive had in 10 plus years. I had a young lady, Ill just call her A on here, that was extremely unprofessional, rushed the cut, forced the conversation we did have, rushed the hot towel, scalp massage, and well pretty much showed no care in the world for what she does for a living. She even went as far as telling me she would rather be at home on unemployment still, rather than being there making an honest living. I get it stylist dont make much, but this is the career you chose...so dont take it out on your clientele. My normal stylist at Ridge and Maple takes about 30-45 minutes to do my cut and Double Play MVP...this girl had me in and out of the total service in about 15-20 minutes. My hair looked worse leaving then what it did coming in. Im very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I paid her, did not want to argue about the horrible service I obtained...so I feel I should be compt a free service at my normal location on my next visit. Stay clear of the Derby location!

This place is fantastic! I love working here! I had always heard from the clientele how professional and exciting the environment was and that the stylists are always great! They were right! They do contests all the time for clientele and employees, they care about everyone! The owners take care of us just as well as they take care of the clientele!

Always very friendly there. I only get my beard trimmed there and go to Liz every time. She always does great beard trims and goes the extra mile most others dont. If you need a beard trim Liz is the one for you.

Got my twins haircuts here. Everything was good, haircut came out nice and I paid for them to wash it. A wash and a cut here is very pricey. Im not sure Ill return for that reason.

Checked in online. Wait time was 25 minutes. Received email to show up at 7:08. Arrived on time and I am second in line. Already 7:20 and still one guy ahead of me. Usually pretty accurate. Not this time.

Usually a very good experience except this time everyone seemed to be in a bad mood no smiles the stylist that cut my hair rushed through the haircut and the scalp massage and didnt seem to want to be here very disappointed this time but others have been better would not suggest coming in so close to closing time even if its two hours before close they may try to not rush so much
