Had 3 kiddos tested for COVID-19 as school policy dictated such. We were in and out quickly and had our results within 24 hours allowing the kids to not miss any schooling. Everyone was friendly and caring. Though I did feel testing wasnt really needed as they had stuffy noses (i.e. a cold) and apologized to the staff for such. I appreciate their continued dedication to the field and wish them all continued good health.

I am so happy to just be able to walk in and get help. Thank you and I do totally support my doctor at Buffalo Medical group as well, Dr Andrew Halsdorfer, he is an amazing knowledgeable doctor and I am totally confident in his care for me. I just find it helpful on off hours I can come to wellnow for covid tests or anything I may need immediately without an ER visit.

Great all around. Zero wait and out the door in less then a half hour. Have always been skeptical of urgent care facilities. But after Saturday my opinion changed.

This office was great! Made an appointment online for 45 minutes later and when arrived I was immediately checked in. No wait at all. Doctor came in within 4 minutes and I was out of the office within 12 minutes of my appointment. I expected much worse but was pleasantly surprised! I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family over any other office.

The med assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very young and immature and acted like we were in a high school mockery club. I couldn’t understand her through her mask and I was feeling extremely sick and vulnerable and that’s why I’m there so, sorry that I can’t hear well. she left the room mocking me to the other staff for not responding to her properly right in front of my door and I could hear everything, acting like I was this scum patient who deserves to be made fun of. Also before she even came in to take my vitals which she didn’t even take, I heard them say just get in and get out. Did no blood pressure or any other vitals only a pulse ox reading. I went to a different urgent Care the next day and had rapid heart rate and fluid in my lungs. This well now did a Terrible job clinically assessing me. They were Ignoring my symptoms and just wanted me out of there. Waste of time and money and energy. Do not recommend this location at all.

I arrived there at 7:40 pm with my sick daughter to be turned away because, according to the receptionist, they were “behind and so my manager capped us at 7:30 or we don’t know what time we would get out of here”. This location is open to take patients until 8:00 pm. I drove almost 20 mins to this location with a sick child and she’s denied treatment because you all want to leave at a certain time. Open until 8:00 pm means exactly that. You are an emergency medical facility. The closet thing to an actual hospital. This is totally unacceptable.

I have never been to Well Now until yesterday. The entire staff from the reception desk to the exam room were exceptional.Wait time was minimal (went at 12:20pm) the lobby and room were clean.All in all a pleasant experience.

Shockingly delightful trip to the doctor! Staff was efficient and super friendly. The doctor was immensely helpful. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

WellNow Urgent Care was an extremely thorough and professional experience. Every aspect of the physical and drug screen was done by professional nurse practitioners who explained every step and its purpose expeditiously.

I went in with severe abdominal pain. Was seen by a nurse, MD and a PA and they quickly and efficiently checked my vitals, discussed my symptoms, assessed and explained that they needed me to go to the ER. The team at Well Now is excellent and transferred my care to the place that I needed to be and provided the paperwork for the visit to help expedite the start of my care at the ER.

I was so sick I didn’t know how I was going to make it through to even go for care. I did manage to get there and was processed quickly and in an examination room within 15 mins or so. The nurse taking vital was kind and gentle on my hurting fever body. The doctor came in and listened to my words and examined me. He prescribed something to help my sickness, but as I was going to leave I got light headed and ready to pass out. He made me comfortable until it passed. The care was super! I might not walk out healed but they put me on a road to recovery. Thank you WellNow and to those who serve there.

I went to Immediate Care and was treated like absolute garbage. Didn’t know I could go to WellNow because I wasn’t sure if they took my insurance. Well I found out they did and I was in awe of my treatment. I ended up crying to the woman who took my vitals! I felt so lousy and immediate care didn’t listen to me at all and WellNow listened and treated me with so much respect. I ended up needing antibiotics and I can safely say I will never go back to immediate care and will only be going to WellNow from now on!!

I was in and out in just 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and very efficient. Would go back again anytime!

I went on a Sunday thought I would be there forever but no ! Everyone from the receptionist to the one that took my vitals the one that gave me a covid test ( Im fine no covid) to the Dr that saw me was exceptional its nice to go somewhere you dont know and feel so good it specially when your sick! I would go again if needed but I hope not! 😃

Everything was great. Took me in immediately, Dr came in, and out the door in a little more than 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and also had the same results the first time. Oh, and they have a Icee machine & other beverages while you wait!!

Couldnt have been better! I was in a lot of pain with my knee. Made an online appointment and all my information was given online before entering the building. Saw me within 5 minutes. Had a second opinion and X-rays within 20 minutes. Given medication and have already scheduled an Ortho appointment. This allowed me to attend a much anticipated wedding. Fantastic staff!!!!

I took my 9 year-old son in to get stitches for a head injury and we were seen immediately. The staff was incredible: Sarah at the front desk was helpful and efficient; another Sarah, who took his vitals, was swift and friendly; and Nadare was extremely patient and responsive to my son’s nervousness while getting him fixed up. Another provider, Mark, stopped in to check on my son too, and it made us feel at ease to know there were so many people who cared about him.I felt that we received the same care as if I took him to his primary doctor (and we love our primary!) And a bonus was the slushy machines in the waiting room so my son grabbed a cherry one on the way out:)Thank you Nadare, Mark, Sarah, and Sarah and the rest of the team at the Lancaster location! First of all, there is a PAC Man game and slushy machine in the waiting room so my kids were occupied and happy! More importantly we didn’t have to wait for a room and the doctor saw us quickly.

The staff was very quick to see me. The provider was quick to try the maneuver to help with vertigo. He did it and and sent meds to my pharmacy for it also by the next day i was back to normal.

The process for a visit to WellNow, from the scheduling the appointment to the receiving diagnostic results, is efficient. The two receptionists who I encountered (both on the phone and in-person – one of whom is Megan) were patient, professional, and especially caring & friendly —kudos to them amidst these trying times! The providers were competent, caring and friendly. Even the diagnostic lab/service utilized by WellNow offered timely caring assistance. I highly recommend WellNow.

I had to come here for a covid test. I m negative. Everyone was so nice. Explained very thing totally in simple terms. And what was expected. Friendly. But over friendly. Professional. I liked every person i met.

I took my son for a Rapid Covid Test on a Saturday morning, They were wonderful. We were in and out within 30 minutes ans the staff were so nice and very knowledgeable.

WellNow is the go to place when feeling sick or have a health issue you need to take care of. It beats waiting 6 hours in the emergency room for the same treatments and care. WellNow on transit rd always take care of me with no waiting time and are thorough and kind. They are open on weekends too!! That buys you time to get to your own doctor. Thank God they are around the corner from me. Great job to all the staff!!

I went to my local Well Now for a rapid Covid 19 test. Very easy to schedule on line with clear directions on what to do and expect. The staff and nurses were awesome, explaining the procedure and what it may feel like. Our printed results were ready in 15 minutes! I give them a 10!

Most of these reviews are the employees. Theres no Dr. @ any wellnow location. No P.As. either. They dont do anything,but put bandages on. All they do is take your co pay and dish out excuse after excuse. Dont go here or to any wellnow. Youre paying for a Dr appointment not a mom or grandma forehead check. Immediate care has Doctors,that answer to a bored of ethics. Whom do wellnow answer too?

Everyone was very understanding and helpful, as I was quite emotional. The nurse and the P.A who took care of me were very patient, answered all my questions and were very reassuring. My husband and I are so thrilled with the stringent COVID protocols at WellNow. Texting from our car when we arrive allows us the safety we appreciate, as we are the only ones in the waiting room and are taken quickly to a separate room. All staff are exceptional- knowledgeable, thorough and delightful. We have been extremely isolated and careful due to COVID and are compromised physically, so we are very grateful to them all for taking such good care of us and doing their best to keep us safe. Thanks to tips given to me on phone, I scheduled just after midnight online, for best selection of same day appointment at my chosen location.

I needed to go to WellNow urgent Care when I injured my ankle quite bad. I arrived at night in which the place was pretty quiet. The staff greeted me upon entering and I was taken immediately . The entire staff could not have been more friendly and caring. Each dr, nurse took extra care in seeing my needs and reassured me everything will be ok. Within 40 minutes I was sent home with all the information I needed to continue my care.Some of my family members have been seen here. My visit was the Depew location on transit rd. I highly recommend this place. They have the same amount of knowledge as being seen at a hospital. WellNow is smaller more inviting, friendlier etc. Definitely a 10 out of 10 on every aspect.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Even with Covid they were very efficient. I was called back within 20mins. The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner was very kind, caring and understanding to my feelings and needs. They did the tests that had to be done quickly and efficiently. Then they said that I had to go to the hospital for more tests and asked me if I wanted to go by EMS, Drive myself (my vitals were good) or if I had someone to take me. I was shocked when they told me that because (my children and I) have been to other clinics like this and they either told me its nothing or something totally different than what it was. So from my experience I would definitely recommend them to others!!

I went for a Covid Nasal Swab. It was my first. The PA/Nurse was as very good and made me feel comfortable. She did her job well. Just a little discomfort but easy to deal with all in all. It was so much better than I thought it would be. Sincerely DJ

Made appointments to get tested for covid for my fiance, our baby and I. Having an appointment helped decrease wait time. All the staff were friendly from the receptionists, nurses and the nurse practitioner we saw. Only suggestion/negative thing I would have to point out is they need to hire better cleaners because the floors were pretty dirty and that doesnt instill confidence on how clean the place is. I would go back if needed.

The people at WellNow are so friendly and genuinely concerned with your comfort! Even with a face mask on you could tell they were smiling. I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions were answered before I left!. Great job WellNow! You have cornered the market on the right people.

I went in because I had a fairly large/thick sliver of good penetrate my finger nail all the way down past the cuticle, I was unable to remove it myself but the PA and nurses on were able to give me toradol, 2 shots of lidocaine in my finger and a tetanus shot and successfully surgically remove it. I am so thankful as it was one of the most painful things I’ve gone thru

Professional & fast. Cleaning in the ops rooms (Floors behind chairs and corners could be swept - very dusty). Other than that, overall amazing! Follow up is quick too.

Not one or two staff but everyone I encountered was extremely professionalVery timely and the best part they explained everything in detail. A very positive experience.

I arrived at the Lancaster location and started to check my son in, I forgot his insurance card and the girl at the desk was extremely helpful. She was able to access his info online (I think) so I didnt have to run home. After that they brought him back asap. Everyone that we encountered was very nice (check in, the nurse, and the PA). We were in and out in about 25 minutes. I was very impressed with them and will go back when needed.

I appreciated being able to make the appt online and the reminders. I also walked in and was escorted immediately. My medical problem was addressed and fixed. I was impressed
