Came in for a haircut was told it would be about an hour wait and that we could leave and go do something. Totally fine....we had errands to run. Come back an hour later we are not greeted and when someone finally acknowledged us we are told its a 2 hr wait. The sheet we signed in on was gone. Then I explain we were told to leave and come back and the woman says ok I will be up to give you a new time as shes calling people who came in after us. She finally comes back and tells me AFTER waiting 30 minutes up front that it will be an additional 15 minutes. Awesome.

I got my haircut on Wednesday, May 19th with Lynn. I started with hair almost to the middle of my back, asking for a good 2-3 inches off for a good clean up. I told her Im a hair stylist as well so there wasnt really much of a consultation. After she did the initial cut, what I asked for, she asked me if I wanted to go higher with my layers. I asked her if it would look better if I did and she said yeah. Going along with the conversation, she seems confident in the long cut with medium layers.. Well, I got home and looked at the back and my haircut was not what I expected.

I went to the bangs on tra and losson, and Rachael did the most awsome job ever on my hair. She was also so nice. Thank you Rachael.

Dont go there for bangs they cant cut them. My friend and I both went there and it was really bad.

Great experience. Had the pleasure of meeting Kelly, a very kind and talented employee. She is an absolute asset to this company. She took the time to consult with me, talk about my needs and wants, and most of all giving me something that I was going to love and be happy with. I am a disabled woman. She took her time with me, cutting little by little and then kept having me check to see if I wanted any changes or anything done differently. She made me feel beautiful. She did such a great job, I literally cried happy tears right in the shop. I would absolutely recommend her. She truly made my day. Thank you Kelly! I will most certainly see you again!

Bangs came to my house to style and apply makeup to a wedding party. OMG they were amazing! Our ages range from 5 to 65 and each one of us looked amazing! I heard a family member gasp as my sister went down the aisle. All the girls were complemented all night. The girls from Bangs made this experience awesome. The best part was THEM coming to us! Worth every penny! Thanks girls for a great job and for adding to our PERFECT day!

I just wanted a quick eyebrow wax. What I thought would be an easy task to follow the area of hair that was growing in and just wax that, was apparently harder. The mirror was so far away from my face that yeah, they looked better than the grown out mess I was working with. Not until much later in the day, when I wasnt busy, did I notice I still had areas of hair that should have been waxed, my shape was no longer there, and I also have a burn under my right brow which is practically on my eyelid. I would have had a better experience at the nail salon in the same plaza. Would not recommend.

Jill from the Depew location always does such an amazing job on my son’s hair. He only wants her cutting his hair. She also cut my husband’s hair today and it looks great as well! We always dreaded hair cuts before because they never tuned out the way we wanted. We are so lucky to have found her. Thanks Bangs and Jill for your amazing skill and service.

So thankful for the stylist Rachel. She completely fixed my disastrous ORANGE hair that another stylist did to me. I came in a panic. Rachel was very knowledgable, enthusiastic, and confident about hair. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want to look good, see Rachel!

Little more pricey than Id like to pay as a college kid, but the cost comes with a guarantee that youll always walk out satisfied. Stylists are super nice, will chat while they work, and are great at giving you the look you want if you come in with an idea for your hair! 10/10 would recommend!

Jill is amazing with color always knowing just what I need. I was nervous about coloring my hair but I started getting some gray hairs and it was time. She walked me through the whole process and helped me pick the right color. In addition she always gives me an amazing cut!

I have been going to bangs for years to get my eyebrows done . I was always able to have them done right away or a 5 min wait at the most.The past two times I have stopped in the girl at the front desk was rude and told me come back in a hour . Then today it was 1/2 hour -45 min wait! I get it its a week before Christmas and your busy, but don’t be rude about it ! I will never come back here again sick and tired of being talked to like I’m an idiot. Was able to walk into another salon right down the road and they got me right in and were much more friendlier then the receptionist at Bangs. You won’t get far with that attitude!

I dont have a ton of money to spend on a haircut but I feel this is the best place for the money spent. People are friendly and do a good job and will give you thier opinions. No complaints.

Went in to get a wash and style on my Birthday too treat myself and when i was all done i was charged $56.00 for just a wash and style nothing else ! I was so dissapointed because my hair didnt really look to me like it was worth almost 60 dollars and on top of that i also tipped her 5.00, i will never go back there again !

The employees do a good job keep the place clean and theyre very competent at haircutting I get my haircut there all the time

Jill was awesome, gave my son a great cut and actually took the time to consult with him and really worked to give him the style he wanted. Will definitely return and recommend.

I’m extremely appalled by my most recent visit. I came in Sunday 7/28 at 2:45 pm after first calling and asking if they could take a walk in and being told yes. I realize they were closing at 3 (I planned on leaving a $20 tip on a $25 bill for the inconvenience). I’m very busy during the week and Sunday was my only day to get a hair cut. I understand that I came in before closing with the intention to compensate them well and I’ve worked in the restaurant business and dealt with people coming in before closing so I understand wanting to go home, however, when you tell a client it is okay to come in for a cut, they should still be treated professionally no matter what the time is. (I was only there for 10 mins after closing). The woman who cut my hair messed up my hair. It was all uneven and after having had long layers put in my hair for 20 years I’ve seen the way they cut it, she did it totally different. I feel that my best attribute (my hair) is now messed up and I’m extremely upset about this. I will NEVER return and make sure that everyone I know knows not to bring their business there. You cannot mess up someone’s hair because you care more about going home than getting it right. That is never okay. If their policy is to take walk ins until close time they should treat customers with respect. Not only was my hair messed up but I was given attitude by both the hair dresser and front desk person. I was made to feel so uncomfortable and like I was an inconvenience. I do not remember the hair dressers name but she had blonde hair and was younger. Shame on her for treating a paying customer that way.

Very disappointed beware!!! ... A balayage which was $80 and a haircut for $27 some ended up being $215. Now before we made any decisions she said it was $14 for anything extra.. Which I assumed where the 10 extremely tiny little highlights she put on my roots and possibility the toner... Not an extra $90 worth of product! Now i went there thinking i was getting high lights she suggested that i do the balayage, I was there for 4 hours and she kept making comments like well I didnt realize you wanted every piece of hair colored at your ends. So just the dying process took 4 hours I felt bad so I said I would come back the next day for a cut since it was getting close to 5 pm. I mean I straight up said I feel bad I will come back tomorrow she said no its fine. She ended up chopping my ends... Didnt blend what so ever my ends look like dresser drawers and she didnt bother to finish blow drying so I left with my hair still wet.... Now I have to go spend MORE to get my hair fixed... I will never go back or recommend this salon

Can i say,Nightmare,never going there again,went for highlights+ cut $146.oo +tip,its too long of a story to get into, but i had to go back for a redo the next day and Im still not happy,thank God hair grows back but for the next 8 weeks or so i get to wear this mess!!
