First and last time trying this place. Im a GC with 20 years experience. This place is the worst temp labor agency in town. I called four days in advance, they took my request and assured me I would have two laborers on site. I called three times to verify the day before and no one returned my calls. So it was no big surprise when they did not show up as scheduled. No call, no show is the worst possible outcome. Try Premier Group if you want service. Ill never use HireQuest again.

Someone I just met directed my attention to this company. The source of the information about Hirequest said that its great and that for him the challenge was getting there early enough in the morning. Caio

I like Trojan because of the different sites, and most of the people there seem to enjoy it. They seem to be very helpful with most of the sites that are downtown . What I enjoyed the most about it is the new faces I get to see at the working site. The site I liked the most is the landfill up in Golden, the people working with out there is great. What Id like to see is people bagging trash closer this way just for fun, that will be one thing no one will see in Denver is people picking up after themselves an other people in this environment .

I so love Trojan Labor! Why? Office staff always has work and maintain super cool attitude. They pay quick and help yuh when money is needed immediately. Not to mention, sometimes they will provide a ride. Those people care about us when we need to pay bills!

I like about Trojan labor is I like going to some different sites most of the time. See all the new places working, helping out with. The hours be good, Meet new people at the job sites.I enjoy going to the construction sites downtown.

I had a job for 2 people for a day - however, no one showed up and I got a call from my team an hour after their start time letting me know. I get that people sometimes dont show or that things happen - but I got no call from the office letting us know which was frustrating as it was then too late to make other arrangements. Im giving them two stars because in following up the next day I learned the person handing our request was new and probably shouldnt have accepted our job to begin with - however, there should be some processes in place to notify if there is an issue.

2/4/19 this Trojan labor is really bad. I’m a apalled with the attitude !!!they have with you when they talk to you as soon as you walk in. I asked them if they have any work they tell me yes but it takes two hours for them to give you a ticket . You get to the job site you call the contractor and they are very rude over the phone you finally start working and they treat you with disrespect you feel frustrated and miss treated and for this reason I no longer would ever work for this company again nor would I recommend you to work for this company because they are very unprofessional and very disrespectful.They are very unorganizedThe contractor lies about the hours and I get shorted in pay and have to wait till the next day to get paid!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience PLEASE DONT stay away from here! This place has very poor customer service. Went in this morning and i was just stared at through a close window for over 6 minutes. office door was open got someones attention. with a poor attitude the guys SITS ON HIS ASS. But claimed he was the supervisor/owner of the company? The entire conversation with no effort of explaining that my interest was even welcome. Garbage, i have reported to BBB about this scam company. Because they shouldnt claimed that they are a labor provider in my community. Far as i can tell when i walked in the girl who look like he could be related to. Seem to be up to no good with her. Sad.

I wish i didnt have to give a star at all. The worst customer service I have ever had. The receptionist Alley or what have you. Not only had me sitting there for 15 mins before she helped me, but also took a personal call on her cell phone before she finally decided to help me I gave her my ss card and id. She said she was not able to except it because my last name is different on ss card. I told her everyone excepts it. So i took my information she then told me not to come back. Wow....hope the owner of the company reads these reviews, how the company is being ran and turing away hard working people. So I went to another temp job and had no problem....

If you really want to work and always show up before 7 even after persay and dont be rude they always have work with at least 5 hrs I know ready labor on Colfax would skip me

I worked for trojan for alot of yrs I loved working there they were ku people to work for they always had work everyday I was there they would send me on long jobs that lasted 9 months I would recommend anybody to work for trojan thanks vonnie

This business allows squatters to live on their property. The people living in a vacant building on their property are leaving syringes, broken bottles and feces in our alleyway.

Went in to fill out application and seen the heavy lady who works there waiving a tazer at employees. I left.
