Fantastic resource center. The staff here truly cares about the people who walk or roll through their doors. The services that are provided and the access to resources is second to none. They give you the skills you need to succeed in business and life Id recommend this center to anyone looking for steps to better your life. Amazing community development organization

This place is the reason I am where I am at today. I was a single mom of 3 kids with feeling hopeless and being another worthless person. They helped me with obtaining my cdl and I now bought my own home. I havent been on TANF for 23 yrs. I am very greatful to this place. I didnt want to be one of those living off the system. They helped me be the independent strong women that my kids are very proud of. They definitely helped me realise I can be a strong willed si gle parent. Thank you so much Mi casa

I had applied for their patent program 3 years ago. The persons in charge did not tell me how the program worked, and when I was referred to 3 different patent attorneys, they all wanted to charge me over $10,000. When I tried to get a new patent attorney, I was told by the person in charge of the program and the new hire that I am disqualified. Very disrespectful and unprofessional workers in charge of this program. I would never want to ask this office for Any type of assistance. A joke.

This is a top notch organization that has helped us in the financing world significantly. The staff is world class, the soda and snack machines inexpensive.Lots of resources here.

I tried to apply for grant and no one could help. I called and left message no one call me back for months. I called 3 more times and then they tell me the system is down and they can’t help me to call tomorrow. Seems like nobody care there.

The place for small business women owners to learn. Low cost and free classes for women and men. Classes taught in English and in Spanish. A very modern computer lab. They have a small business expo and seminar twice a year. There are resources at these expos that all small businesses can use. Do not discount the resources available at this center.

These ppl are truly wonderful! I’ve gone there for everything now that I know they exist. They’ve helped me with my taxes, finding legal assistance, and helped us when my sister started her own business. These folks really care about making a difference in the community.I thought it was only for Latinas but it’s for all. So many ppl with diverse backgrounds were there taking classes, opening businesses, job searching, etc.

Very friendly people they helped with my taxes and also offered help with other programs such as start your own business courses and so on. They even offered tasty hot coffee and chi tea while i waited to be called for taxes.very nice people.

The advisor that I met with, was extremely nice and sympathetic. The receptionist was also nice. I was taken care of right away.

Helpful classes and professionals for starting entrepreneurs and lower income families. I took the social media marketing class and learned a lot of useful information.

ThanksThey were mentally reassuringly and they helped and let me know what resorses I qualify for and how to apply for and whare to go. Iwas just giving up and looking forward to improving my life. I am not homeless!

Good resource center for getting back to work and letting jobs know you have references.

This is probably not the place to go if you need assistance. The person answering the phones named Diana, does not listen to you or help you get to the right person her response was I dont know what to tell you, all take your number all we will see if they call you back. Diana called back not the actual coordinator of the program and says my name was not on a list, I asked a set of questions and she was super hesitant when answering. She told me I could go in and wait but I could be sent away if they didnt get to me that is why I made an appointment through there system, which they didnt seem to have any record of. I also mentioned that there online resources were very misleading and she said in a very condescending tone I will let them know hmm I guess. Every time I call the person I need to get a hold of is never available. This is supposed to be a resource center, a place were you can go for assistance yet again I left more confused and with no answers. Its not the first time I have a problem.

Receptionist was rude when asked about appt times...asked for my name as if she was going to push us back in que, to be seen, because we asked how much longer till we were seen..snoody attitude ...630pm appt and didnt get seen till 7:50pm WALK IN CASES got seen before us. Lawyers were rude and very condescending, if they even let you finish telling your case... I got more advise looking up laws on google...Complete waste of 2 hrs of my time.

Great resource for help. They are all very friendly and helpful. The business classes are very good and there is a very good atmosphere among the students. They also offer other classes like English and computers. Also other types of help with employment and summaries. The establishment is a little tight but that is the only drawback.

I love this institution, it helps everyone who does it, they have a wide variety of courses that help small and medium-sized businesses.
