Nobody ever came to our house to complete yard work and gutter cleaning. They sent a message through the app that the job was completed. The job completion photo was a picture of a hand covering the lens. The coordinates of the photo show it was taken somewhere 37 miles from our house. When contacting customer service, they insisted they went to the wrong address and were extremely unprofessional. Fraudulent company!

They quoted via phone, and I was asked only 1 question about the grass length, and I was honest that it was over 5 inches. Once they arrived at my residence, they let me know that due to the length it was going to over TWICE the price originally quoted. If you cannot do accurate quoting via phone, then don’t.The only reason they get 2 stars, they didn’t complete the work and just charge me. Kudos to that.Sad b/c based off how this first experience went, I was going to set up recurring service, as well as snow service in the winter.

I have been charged by this service for the last two weeks and they did not even cut my yard. When I called them, I was told that they mistakenly cut someone elses yard. I showed them that they did not even have our community as there are not ranch style homes in our community. I kindly and respectfully requested a refund for a service that was not provided. Steph (who posted in the app as Christian) hung up on me when I called in to request a refund. I provided them with photos of my yard showing that the service was never completed. They pretended that this was done for the last two services. This simply could have been resolved by refunding my money and assigning this to a new provider. Instead, she refused to give me back my money and hung up on me. This companys customer service is non-existent and their willingness to show photos of someone elses home is outright fraudulent behavior!
