Once I go get four tires and decided to only get three paid the full amount of $590 for four and even though they need to put money back on my credit card they are still holding my vehicle insane I didnt pay when I did. Came to get the verification code pick it up and a worker said no lock the gate wouldnt give me the owners phone number and was just very rude overall. The owner and the employees apparently do not know how to run this place as far as payment authorization goes and they lack the knowledge to run it properly. Just dont bother with this place.Also $600 for four tires!!?

This shop is the best place for work on your German import. Miguel is awesome and certainly his knowledge and experience in the technical and mechanical area is excellent and his two technicians are very knowledgeable as well. His son greeted me warmly and even went out of his way to pick me up at the end of his work shift so I could enjoy my E 36 Convertible without worrying about my driveshaft disintegrating on me and all at what I considered a very reasonable price point. Thank you guys and I will be returning for regular maintenance soon.

I have a 2002 Audi A4 Quattro 3.0 they installed a transmission great job guys appreciate it affordable pricing they are very honest Im very knowledgeable about cars and Audis especially and was seeing if they were going to get me on pricing but they didnt love these guys.

Miguel has worked on a number of big repairs for my Mercedes, and always gets it done under budget and ahead of schedule. He is cheaper than the dealer and other indie mechanics in the area, but does excellent work. Highly recommended!

After visiting a handful of shops around town and receiving multiple unsolicited lectures, appointments days to weeks out and outrageously high quotes for installing lowering springs on my 2019 VW GLI, I thought I was going to be stuck with my stock ride height for good.Fortunately, I happened to be driving by Firos one afternoon and decided to stop in and give them a shot.And I am absolutely glad that I did.Miguel was extremely nice, said he could take care of it no problem, no questions asked, and had the springs installed and the car ready to pick up IN JUST A FEW HOURS.. and not to mention at an extremely fair price.Miguel is the man.

Miguel and his mechanics have done extensive work on my vehicle, and have honored their spoken warranty even when I felt that the issue was NOT directly related to their previous work. I was impressed that they erred on the side of honesty and customer service. Miguel seriously knows his stuff inside and out and takes great pride in his reputation. I have definitely gotten what I paid for.

UPDATE: we got our Jag back from our second trip to Firos auto shop and I am even more disappointed. Our wipers were broken by them and new messages appeared on the dashboard that were not there before they started working on it. The first time we took our car to them they has broken our console trims and never covered the cost of either damage. They might be good on popular cars but I dont encourage anyone to take their European vehicles to him.We took our Jaguar Xf to this shop 2 times in the past 6 months. Though Miguel is a very nice person, he was not attentive to our needs. We had to make multiple calls on multiple days for him to get back to us while our car sat in his shop. Either he wouldnt answer, say he wouls get back to us, oe totally ignore us. He told us one price before starting to work om the car and in the end always charged us more than what he had said.The problems on our vehicle were not fixed the first time which is why we had to take it back to him a second time and we were charged for it again.Its a real bummer, we heard really good things about this place but one thing for sure is I will not be recommending or taking any of our vehicles to him again.

Great mechanics. If they happen to miss something they will make it right. Be prepared to leave your car with them.
