Chris was our technician. He came out to treat our kitchen for ants. He was reassuring about the non-toxic chemicals. He sprayed the tile not the baseboards and explained how the treatment works. While he was here I mentioned mites and voles activity. He treated for the mites explaining he didn’t spray any pollinating plants to protect the bees. He also checked our voles traps for activity.Chris was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough.

Elevate sent out a service, personnel named Chris. He was extremely warm and personable, as well as knowledgeable. I enjoyed conversing with him very much. He spent about one hour, all told, doing his job exterminating a large underground, potentially dangerous, nest of wasps, swarming about five feet from our front door. This morning there are no signs of the yellow jackets at all, and we feel greatly relieved.

Elevate has been my company of choice since 2015! They are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Trevor is my current technician and does a fantastic job in asking the right questions and listening to our needs. We have had issues with wasps in our neighborhood as well as voles and Elevate has been very quick to respond to take care of our needs to keep those pesky bugs/critters away!

Chris Porter of Elevate Pest Control was terrific! Wasps built two nests on the inside of my closed patio umbrella. I reached up inside to wind it open and they started flying out! I am lucky I did not get stung. Chris came within a week from my call, was on time, very professional and polite and checked my entire patio and the exterior of my house to make certain there were not more anywhere. I contracted with elevate last summer. We had 4 treatments. The winter treatments were minimal. The employee walked around our house and put a powder in our patio cracks. We still have spiders and box elder bugs in our house, as well as, ant colonies in our garage and front yard. It’s a high pressure sales outfit with poor to no results. When you attempt to cancel, they charge you $150. They are aware their service won’t keep you around and rely on an exit penalty.

Since we’ve started using elevate the last few years I have seen the amount of spiders and bugs go way down in our yard and around the house. They also remove wasps nests for us every quarter so we never have to worry about finding a big nest.

I can’t speak to their ability to control pests but I can rate them on my interaction with their people.My suggestion with Elevate is that you read your contract carefully before signing. I had a door-to-door sales person sell me on their service. She was very friendly but I didn’t feel she disclosed all the details and costs up front. It turns out the service is much more expensive than initially disclosed. They try to schedule you very quickly. This is good for you because you get your initial service right away. But also in the fine print, you have to pay back any discounts on the service if you cancel in your 3 day right of rescission period. So they are trying to quickly get you in so you have to pay them.I signed the contract but then cancelled before my appointment because I decided the overall cost was too much for what I was looking for. I didn’t have a problem with cancelling the service.This does seem like a reasonable company to work with if you need pest control. They seem to be friendly and easy to work with. I gave them 4 stars for being easy to work with but couldn’t give 5 due to costs and not feeling what was said matched the contract (wasp control could be an extra cost).

I was approached at my door that this service would be great. I signed the agreement but shouldnt have. The quality of work was half fast and piss poor. I watched from inside while on an important business call and saw how the two individuals worked so fast that their quality of work was lax. The woman who was spraying didnt do as it was described to me, 3 feet up and 3 feet out. Well, she barely sprayed the crevices and didnt do as described of how the work would be done. I even asked if she sprayed 3 feet up and 3 feet and was told by both a blatant lie!! The man, rushed so fast throwing the granules that he missed most of the yard and flower area. He then rushed to take down spider nests and so forth but missed very many. The next day I had to do my own pesticide control. The saying is do it yourself so that its done right, which is what happened in this case. I dont want this company back and will call law enforcement for trespass. My advice is not to use this company.....EVER!!! I was given a discount and even that was too much for what they did. Ugh!! Why cant people take some pride in what they do and do a good job?

Everyone I interacted with seemed nice and professional. Dallin did our treatment and was very thorough. Very prompt with our appointment time and got after it. He went back over several areas outside to really ensure we had great coverage. We have a lot of green space around so we get our fair share of bugs. Hopefully this can keep them at bay. Its been a few days and we have seen a few more bugs like they said we would so it seems to be on track.

Forester at Elevate Pest control was responsive and courteous. Having just moved here and being new to the area he was able to educate me on what he was doing and why. Their product works and is pet friendly. Two days after them installing traps we had caught a mouse in the trap that was installed. He came back out with no push back on helping with more traps. Dallin came a little later and did a thorough job of spraying in our basement, laundry room and garage as well as around the house and fence line. I normally don’t buy stuff from people who ring the doorbell but Sam convinced me to give these guys a try. They did a great job getting rid of all the cobwebs on our house. Gabe and Dallin were very professional when they came and so conscientious about getting all the cobwebs off which was my main concern. So far so good!

Liberty, the sales girl, was so nice and knowledgeable. She answered every question and she socially distanced herself. I felt comfortable with her. She did not push, she gave us time to think about it and came back by. We were happy to buy the service agreement.

Both Savannah and Alejandro were fantastic. Savannah came by our house earlier in the week. Came home on a Friday evening to an ant infestation. We called Savannah on Saturday morning and she was at our house 10 minutes later. Once the paperwork was done, Alejandro arrived within the hour and treated our house. He even put foot covers on his shoes so he wouldn’t bring in dirt, etc. Everything was completely professional.

Extremely rude door to door salesman. I gave him 10 minutes of my time listening to his pitch and said I dont want it. He would not stop talking after repeatedly saying I dont want it, and made me close the door on him while he still continued to talk for another minute or two behind the closed glass door. Never seen such sales tactics used in 20 years of home ownership. It doesnt matter how good the service is, I just dont want to deal with such high pressure sales tactics. For shame.

Teach sales reps some ethics and ask them to leave when a customer says NO. A sales rep stopped by the door and I told him more than 20 - 30 times that I dont need the service. But he keep explaining. Really annoying. Then I asked another 20 - 30 times can you please leave, he still hangs around and keep explaining...

I have been a customer for about two years now and never experienced what I did today! I cant believe the treatment I received from this company. I put in a service call (my third one) for my mice problem in my basement. I took Philip down to my basement to show him three dead mice. He explained to me that the dead mice was a good thing and that the bait stations I have outside of my house was working and that was the solution to my problem. I did not agree! The bait stations just attracts the mice (he rudely said well I can get rid of them if thats what you want) I explianed to him I dont want mice in my basement dead or alive because Im moving my sons bedroom down there. I wanted to know where the entry points were and get them filled. He did not like that challenge! He told me flat out (with an attitude) that he would not look for or fill the entry points and that I myself had to find and fill the entry points if I wanted that done! He told ME to look around the outside of my house and buy some foam to fill it?!! I asked him why would I the paying customer do that and not you? Thats what I pay you for! He was extremely rude while staring me down and made it very clear he will not do what I requested And if I wanted that done I would have to do it not him(repeatedly) I then told him to leave my house and I will cancel my services. He was extremely disrespectful and couldnt do his job other then picking up the dead mice. I wish the tech before him was still around. He at least attempted to find and fill the entry points. (His own suggestion) He was honest, nice, compassionate and helpful. Phillip on the other hand was not honest, nice, helpful or compassionate about my mice problem. I never in my life had such an unprofessional experience like this. Elevate its been over five hours and I still have not recieved a call back from a manager as a requested. I guess your upset customers are not a priority. I canceled my services and I will be spreading the word in my neighborhood of this companys actions.

A sales person for this company knocked on my door. When my roommate answered she told him we already have a signed contract with another company. Instead of trying to prove why this company is superior, he resorted to bad mouthing the other company. Also, he is the 3rd company to come to our doors and try to sell pest control. Of the three, this is by far the most expensive. They all use environmentally friendly products, and another company is also local. Trash talking other businesses is not appropriate in trying to get new business.

Got called into work and was not able to make 1st initial appointment and forgot to call and reschedule. They showed up and where not able to do anything because of the dogs. No problem was there response and rescheduled for the next day. So far they show they are a great company to do business with. Will reevaluate after a few month and see if we have no bugs.

I have declined your unwarranted solicitation multiple times and at this point it’s harassment and trespassing.Learn some business morals and catch up to the times. Cold calling and door to door solicitation is outdated.

Someone showed up and knocked on my door at 8:45PM claiming to be with Elevate Pest Control. First of all, 8:45PM is not the appropriate time to be soliciting business by knocking on a persons door. Secondly, we live in a NO SOLICITING neighborhood. Finally, when I answered the door to make sure it wasnt an emergency or some other important matter, and found out it was a solicitor, he was asked to leave 2 times before we had to shut the door on him. Not only did you scare my dogs and my children, you did it at 8:45PM. Regardless of how good your services are, the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown was not appreciated.

Our neighborhood has a clear “No Soliciting” policy and there is a very clearly marked “No Soliciting” sign on my front door. The sales representative still knocked and tried to sell us pest control services. He claimed his company was spraying “Cynthia and Luna’s yard” next door - except that’s not my neighbors at all, nor anyone on my street.I refuse to give any company business that does not follow simple rules. No soliciting truly means no soliciting. I also refuse to give any company business that blatantly lies to my face.

This company has been relentlessly soliciting at my house despite my being on the no-solicit list and politely asking them to stop coming to my house whenever they are in the neighborhood. I have asked them repeatedly to not come to my door - they actually ring the bell and, if you dont answer, pound on the door. What the heck is up with that? Terrible company.
