Every time I try to go in to talk to someone about a refinance the door is always locked. Even though the open sign is on. Thought door was to be unlocked during business hours.

Every time I have come to this location, they have been friendly, efficient and helped me with my financial needs. So what if they are frank with the actual services they can provide you! Thats in accordance with the very strict guidelines they are required to follow. Hope I dont need to utilize their services in the future, but if it comes to that, glad there are people available to do their best to help me out. Remember people, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS.

Called and then was put on hold for 5 minutes, so I just hung up and came over.Once I got there I was hopefull, seeing a cash for giftcards sign in the window, then I found out they dont take the type of gift card I had. The employee tried to explain something about how they are based in Tennessee so it doesnt work.Honestly, if the gift card thing doesnt work. Dont advertise it. This is the fourth place Cardpool didnt work for me.

It is a rip off joint. There are better alternatives to places like this.

Iam a customer put on hold past 8min then i hung up its a bummer that you do have workers i understand that you may be bizzy but be stright up, sorry iam with a customer sir or mam but at least say ill take your number down call u back iam with someone not keep you on hold and ignore you! Iam done at this store i wanna transfer my acct to another place.
