I’m so happy with my now year plus with Larson mental health. I feel so much better than I did a year ago. My direct provider (Allison C) is so kind and compassionate. Yet fully knowledgeable & and confident in her recommendations to me. I would recommend Larson mental health to anyone and everyone.

I can only speak from experience on Brandon but this place is amazing! I cant even put to words how much Brandon has helped me. If your looking for great care them this is the place for you!

Erik is a empath in the truest sense. He is easy to talk to and is an excellent resource in navigating the world of mental health. I recommend him to anyone who is beginning their journey or anyone has been on the path but knows things can be better. He has helped me reach levels of wellness I didn’t think I was capable of.Additionally, his office is accommodating, prompt and always helpful.

I was called CRAZY by their billing department and then immediately discharged from the practice. I wrote numerous emails since I had a great provider who was working well with me. Erik writes the same response to every review on this page. But, they dont care about their patients. Now I cant explain the real story to anyone of their staff members. They throw you to the wolves and dont care if you need help for your disease. Mental health is not their priority. They discharge you without any questions. Erik doesnt care either watch his replies to all reviews.

Allison is a beyond amazing therapist! I cant express my gratitude enough. I am so thankful for the wonderful services and excellent patient care she provides EVERYTIME!

Profit driven doctor Erik Larson will happily seat you, prescribe what will get you out of his office the quickest, collect your payment info immediately and not follow up with any issues.Instead, he will conveniently hide behind his secretary and generic calling service, and dodge any questions you may have. Good luck ever talking with him outside of an appointment. Must be nervous to be exposed.Afterwards, enjoy receiving an overdue bill that was sent to collections without reviewing the chart and speaking directly to the patient.This is grounds for malpractice and highly unprofessional. Erik cares about chair turnover to maximize profits.As I see they have a habit of hiding bad reviews, this shows the type of character this Dockter is and how he chooses to run his practice.

Got emailed saying my appointment had been cancelled and then got charged a $300 no show fee. But no one answers the phone when I call 😡😡😡

Went into the appointment incredibly nervous and was almost immediately calm after speaking with Brandon Burelle. Having a medical practitioner that thoughtfully listens and makes you feel like youve known them your entire life is the absolute best. Would Highly Recommend Larson Mental Health for anyone first time or repeat Mental Health patients.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Lost three hundred dollars for a med change that didn’t even happen. I also experienced difficulty in being able to find my appointment. I have also found that my previous review was taken down! Larson Mental Health as a company make you feel like a nutcase. Everything is digital and it is impossible to get your provider on the phone. They only do call backs and don’t provide emails. It took over a week for my provider to contact me when I was feel extremely depressed and like self harming. Brand Burelle tries really hard and I think if he left this practice he would be much better off. He’s a great listener but the company he works for is awful. The phone tree is confusing and when you finally do get a person on the phone they are rude and condescending. If Brandon leave this practice, I would be happy to see him again. However, I just wasted three hundred dollars and honestly want a refund. Even more than that, when I needed support the most this practice tore me down. DO NOT GO HERE
