Cheyenne and Justin are the absolute best. Complete pros, always do awesome work and super friendly too. Tuesday is my favorite say every two weeks when they come.

We have been using cottage care for a few months now and we have been super happy with their services. Our house is pretty small but can get dirty pretty quick and they are always so thorough in their cleaning and even to as far as to arrange our daughters toys in her crib. They pay attention to deal and take their time. Not to mention it’s a really good price for what you get. We are happy with them and will continue to use them!

I just had another good experience with Cottage Care Denver. Due to a minor snafu, my scheduled person didnt arrive on Monday morning. I called Michelle, the manager, at about 9:10a to see what was happening. Michelle immediately found someone to cover, and before 9:30a Angelina was here to clean my house. She did a great job getting everything sparking, and alls well that ends well. For over three years, the folks at Cottage Care have been responsive, flexible, reliable, and--most importantly--done a nice job of cleaning my house. Recommended!

The service has been okay and I can tell that the crew is trying really hard, but this business seems like its barely hanging on by a string. They have not been able to have the same people coming every week and one of the people that they had today was beyond terrible. Aside from being extra slow, she had her friend parked in his car across the street on my neighbors sidewalk for several hours while she was here cleaning. While he was there, he ate and threw his trash on the ground in front of my neighbors house.

Evelyn and Lorenza were fantastic. They did a thorough job and were very friendly. Cottage Care was quick to respond and were able to get me in for a last minute cleaning when I was in a crunch. I liked that they had someone come in and inspect the work to verify things were being completed to their standards. I also very much appreciate that you can pay with credit card.

I have been using Cottage Care for almost a year now and it has been the best gift I’ve ever given myself. I can’t believe I didn’t hire them sooner!!! Jasmine, Angelina and the entire Cottage Care team have brought such quality to my life and home as they have taken a lot of stress away. It is so wonderful coming home to a clean house. I feel refreshed as soon as they are done and now have time to do other things or to just relax for a bit (when that’s possible). I also have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and 2 cats...and yes, they do all shed. I’m mentioning them because I’m very careful about the cleaning supplies used around them. The ladies are very accommodating with using the supplies I prefer and do a very thorough job. My house literally sparkles when they are finished!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely fabulous! I have been using Cottage Care for about 12 years. The cleaners do a fabulous job. They are consistently punctual and thorough. When I come home from work after a cleaning, I feel like I am walking into a refreshed hotel suite. Everything shines and smells so fresh. In the rare instance of a problem, it is taken care of immediately. The housekeepers are friendly and tidy. Over the years I have made friends with a couple of them. Cottage care is the best housekeeping service I have ever used, and I have had many in over 30 years of owning a home.

What a horrible experience! I will never use them again nor recommend them to others. I hired them to do a move-out clean on a 450 sq ft studio, and they quoted $175 (this quote did Not include wiping down the fridge which would have somehow been another $30?!). They were friendly enough, and on the phone went down a list of items that would be covered in the clean. The price was a bit steep for such a small, empty unit, but completely worth it if the job had been done. For $175 I expect 2-3 hours of good, thorough cleaning. I just saw the unit again today after the supposed cleaning and I would be SHOCKED if she spent more than 45 minutes in there.List of things that were Not done: the baseboards were not cleaned, the towel racks and racks in the closet were not wiped down, the outside and sides of the cabinets were not wiped down, the sides of the counters (where they are raised and meet the wall) were definitely not wiped down, the outside of the oven door/sides/and handle were not cleaned, the fireplace mantle was not cleaned, the list goes on and on and on.She basically gave a cursory wipe down to the inside of the oven (and left oven cleaner all over the inside), wiped down the inside of both sinks, cleaned one window sill, the bathroom (sort of), and left.This was a move out clean and I no longer have time to have someone go in and redo it, so my landlord said shed bring in the people she normally uses and Ill get stuck paying twice for a move out clean.When I went to their website to give them feedback, the only way to contact them by email is for a quote or to give Positive feedback in order to receive a $25 gift card! No wonder they have any positive reviews at all.Steer very clear of this company!!

Ive been really delighted by Cottage Care. I love that they are always on top of scheduling, their cleaners are conscientious and detail oriented, and they occasionally send out their own managers to inspect their own work. It is a refreshing change from trying to hire independent house keepers, some of whom had not been reliable or their work was inconsistent. I love that Cottage Care handles all of the logistics of scheduling with their team and they clearly take pride in maintaining a great reputation with their clients.

Ive been impressed with the professionalism of the company. Sometimes I am at home and sometimes not--but the company holds a high standard either way. The manager, Stacie, makes sure the ship runs smoothly. The only reason I dont rate it a 5 is because last year we had a hiccup with the quality of the cleaning. The price is higher than other services, so I expect the best. One cleaning was short and not complete. I stopped my service for a period to consider my options and decided to give the company another chance. The service has been great since Ive returned! I almost always have the same cleaner and if Im home she checks with me to see if there are any special requests or if I need anything else before she leaves. Definitely worth the extra money versus the budget services!

CottageCare has been our cleaners for the past few years. The majority of the time they do a great job, but I find different cleaners have different attention to detail so my advice is to find a particular cleaner you like and request that person every time. Management is responsive to feedback and works hard to fix any mistakes or concerns. The cleaners are also trustworthy, which I appreciate.
