Our disaster was in January 2021. Mark was here in 90 minutes. No dumpster provided in beginning. When looking things over he missed seeing the bedroom that was affected. Box brought in and almost everything was loaded in minus large wood furniture. We were told it would be moved around when new carpet laid. They were ready to put back together from water damage that caused mold before all was cleaned and removed. We decided to not continue with the company. The professionalism was lacking and Mark didn’t seem to know what was happening at any point. The last day he came early to take care of things we were concerned about. He was here maybe two hours after which he got in his truck without a word and never came back. This is how our basement was left. We were unhappy as they said they didn’t do deep cleaning and. The house smelled awful and . We didn’t feel they would do a good job putting all back together. While we were told they would discenfect, the gal went around with a hand held spray bottle.

Good experience working with this company. We had 2 holes in our ceiling from previous plumbing issues. Tried 2 other companies that ghosted us because our job was too small before we called Bigfoot. They were responsive, easy to work with, and very professional. So glad we found them.

We had a horrible experience with this company. I just got off the phone with Marc, I was calling on behalf of my clients, I was letting him know that my clients werent happy with their work and may want to speak to him about the invoice amount. Marc immediately talked about putting a lien on the home, my clients never said they wouldnt pay the bill, they just needed their concerns heard. Marc was so incredibly unprofessional, he really shouldnt be speaking to customers. He was defensive right away and tried to be intimidating. It was unbelievable. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They do extremely bad work and their customer service is even worse. I will pay my clients bill today, I dont want there to be any issues. All I can do is leave a bad review and hope I save someone else such an awful experience. This man shouldnt be in business.

This is a great company. Steve took lots of time to walk me through my concerns and explored different options that made the most sense for my specific situation. Very trustworthy which can be rare in this industry. He told me exactly what I needed and what I did not need to do. He gave me good recommendations to pursue testing before we even contracted with him to make sure that we needed the services. He eased many of my concerns with accurate information about the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After being away we arrived home on a Wednesday to find our pipes had burst and water flooded our basement. After trying to schedule other companies (recommended by insurance), we were told the earliest the other companies would come by for a site visit was 5 to 7 business days. That was not going to work for us. We called Bigfoot Restoration & Repair in the late afternoon on Wednesday. They came out the same day to see the extent of the damage. They explained what they could do to help us and on Thursday (the next day) their crew was onsite starting the cleanup process. They were in contact everyday during the mitigation. They did such a great job we decided to have them perform the repairs to the damage.

I sent Bigfoot a message online about needing advice on possible water damage in our basement. They called back the same day and came to give a free evaluation later that week. They were extremely professional and did not pressure us. Once we update our landscaping we will be scheduling a repair with them.

Mark and Bigfoot were amazing -- I had some flooding on a Sunday, right before I was set to go out of town. Mark was responsive even though it was the weekend- he picked up and was out to see me in a short amount of time. His prices were fair, and he completed the job while I was out of town so I returned home to a house that was back in order. It was a huge relief to be able to find somebody that I could trust to handle things while I was out of town.

He was able to assess things and give me some recommendations and was back first thing the following morning with pull our carpet, ruined pad and place fans for drying. Bigfoot did an amazing job cleaning my carpets I had pet stains and just everyday wear from 8 people living in the house. When they were done my carpets looked brand new again. Highly recommend them.

Steve & Bigfoot restoration worked in our house for roughly five months to remediate mold and rebuild our bathroom and laundry room. It seems based on reviews that many people have had a good experience with Bigfoot so we were hoping to as well. Unfortunately this is not the case for us. We tested for mold before and after remediation with a company they recommended called Integrity Environmental. The first test confirmed we had concerning “red” and “yellow” mold levels. While at first after Bigfoots remediation our second test came back “green” to indicate acceptable mold levels, unfortunately only a couple months later we have now retested and our levels are nearly back to where they started, “red” and “yellow.” We still do not know what is causing the issue. We were told by Steve there is no good reason why mold levels should get high again unless there is more water damage, we have no indication of this whatsoever as there is no new water damage found in our home.There were also several other issues on the job: like water bursting through the ceiling in our basement bathroom because of a faulty part they installed, processing our clothing and laundry to “neutralize mold” and then returning us boxed pillows full of visible mold growth (because whoever washed them did not dry them and then closed them in a plastic bag), having to redo the building of the bathroom which was done poorly the first time, having to redo other things done incorrectly, poor communication and extensive time on site (much longer than expected or discussed upon initial agreement), etc. We were out of our house for several months. They always seemed apologetic after creating issues and said they wanted to make them right, but it just kept building and there were invariably further issues. We just had a plumber come to our house the other day and tell us our bathtub valve in the bathroom they built was installed backwards and cannot be undone without ripping out the brand new tile. At first I was going to stay quiet because I was thinking they at least fixed the mold issue in the end and built us a new laundryroom and bathroom, and I was grateful for that. After having new negative test results come back yesterday from integrity environmental, it makes me wonder why we spent all that money just to be back where we started. It was a lot of money. We have had a difficult experience with this company. Overall, we are disappointed and discouraged and now will likely have to find someone else to try to fix these issues again.

I recently noted bubbling paint and wet drywall in my family room. I called Bigfoot and within 90 min of my call the owner, Marc Lucero, was at my door.
