Scheduled an appointment online in the calendar and entered my credit card. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment at their office. I called and left two messages and never received a call back. Others say shes a really good therapist so hopefully shes just disorganized.
Such a welcoming and nice setting! The therapists are even better! Natalie is so sweet with my kiddos, she is flexible with our schedule and has really helped our daughter through a difficult time. Shelly is a great leader and has really created a great office and resource for the community. Our family is well taken care of here.
Natalie is fantastic with my kids. She is very kind and patient with them and has built a strong connection with both my kids (ages 5 and 9). She is always responsive when I contact her and is constantly updating me on how the kids are doing.I have also worked with Shelly. She has unmatched knowledge of co-parenting advice and has the ability to understand and offer sound advice in complicated divorce situations. This is a warm and welcoming place for families. My kids were even aloud to bring our dog to a therapy session in order to make them feel more comfortable. Genius!
Shelly is an incredible resource for others in her profession. She takes the time to consult, brainstorm, and refer to appropriate community/academic resources. Shelly cares deeply about her colleagues and clients and stays up to speed on new methods, studies, and empirical research. She really “gets people” and makes everyone feel comfortable and heard. Shelly has taught me a ton and I’d highly recommend her to everyone.
I have been utilizing Shelly for clinical supervision for several years now. Every time I see her or talk to her, she challenges me to grow: asks hard questions and pushes me outside my comfort zone. Her passion for and commitment to this work is inspiring. She has not only helped me enhance the skills and relationships I build in my own practice but has also supported me through tough moments in my own personal journey. I am a better social worker and a better person because of the work I’ve done with her.
Shelly Whitney is an exceptional, well trained and highly skilled therapist that I would most definitely recommend. I saw her for family therapy amongst other things. I immediately felt comfortable opening up and talking with her. She is compassionate and treats you with integrity and with the utmost respect.
The office is warm, welcoming, and comforting (tea and candy doesnt hurt). Natalie is incredible, patient, and insightful, and has helped me through quite a lot over the time Ive been seeing her. As difficult as therapy can be, I always feel safe and listened to when I come in, which is a huge deal.
Natalie Wescombe is an incredible therapist and person. I have worked with her professionally and know how much she cares about her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge from both her extensive clinical training as well as the personal experiences she has endured. She is inclusive and fights for the best outcomes with each of her client systems.
Shes kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and gives helpful resources and tips for how to tackle road blocks. As a dear friend she has helped me sort out my thoughts and feelings while encouraging me along the way. From a blended a family herself she is able to help others through her own personal experiences.
I have called and left several messages as well as emailed and a month later I still have not heard from anyone. Dont waste your time on this one.
Shelly gave my ex horrible legal advice when it didn’t work out. I filed a complaint with DORA and they gave Shelly a letter of discipline that can be seen on their website under her license.
Shelly is a highly skilled therapist who really understands the challenges of blended families and is passionate about supporting her clients.
Shelly is a warm, empathic, highly skilled therapist that is passionate about helping blended families thrive.
Shelly is exspensive, doesn’t take insurance and forgot important details from week to week. Then when it didn’t work out with my ex and I she gave my ex attorney advice that was used against me. I saw Shelly several times on my own. She was my therapist. So I think that is unprofessional as well.
Had them pick up and hang up. Tried I calling again Incase it was just a mistake and I actually heard them as they hung up. I’m glad I’m not a client to a place like this.
