The Insights Colorado and Assessment team is STELLAR. For over 8 years I have been a legal guardian of 4 trauma driven children. I was left to navigate the entire journey on my own, without support from DHS. It has been challenging to say the least. It was Dr. Dumke who literally made sense of my children’s struggles. Because of this team’s sensitivity, compassion, skills, and knowledge, I understand my children’s struggles and needs.I’m so grateful for these skilled and compassionate individuals. There is a wait list for an initial evaluation, but it was 100% worth the wait. I will be forever grateful to Insights Colorado Assessment and Therapy for providing me with knowledge and direction for my 4 littles.

They are fantastic. They diagnosed both of my boys that I adopted. I now know they both have FASD, cognitive, and learning disabilities. Thank God for them because now I know what I am dealing with!! They are the best!

We had such a good experience! I dont normally write reviews, but I wanted to say that they made this such a positive experience. When I called to make the appointment for my daughter, the people at Insights listened to what I needed and made sure I understood what to expect. They sent emails to confirm and called the appointment which I relly appreciated. I was able t fill out the forms before I came in too.The doctors took the time to really get to know my daughter and to listen to me. They explained what they were doing. We got our reseults a week after the testing and they sent a very thorough report soon after that. Our school said the report was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.I filled my paperwork a little above an hour prior to my online assessment. They refused to take me and said they would have to reschedule. Why? Because they said an hour is not enough time to review paperwork... then they tried to put it on me saying I should have done it day before (which was never communicated) and did not take any for their mistake. ALL YOU SAID WAS THAT I HAD TO FILL THE PAPERWORK PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT I DIDNT KNOW YOU NEEDED DAYS TO REVIEW IT. I WAITED MONTHS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT!!! YOURE TELLING ME IM GOING TO HAVE TO PUT MY LIFE CHANGING DIAGNOSIS ON HOLD AND WAIT MANY MORE FOR THE NEXT AVAILABILITY DESPITE THE FACT IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE???? Also the receptionist Wanda was a condescending ableist. Wanda, I know youre not going to pass on my concerns to the doctor like you said because of your patronizing tone. I could tell you dont care a lick. We are not people you can just toss aside at your convenience. Rest assured I will be following up with my experience on multiple outlets and communities. Doctors are not gods, they don’t just get to dismiss people at their leisure. There will be consequences.Update: the receptionist hung up on me when I asked if I could speak to the doctors directly about what happened.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 3 months into the future. I had downloaded the paperwork they required, and asked for work off. They cancelled the appointment and placed another patient into mine, 2 days prior. The reason they gave was that I did not answer an email they sent soon enough. They did not even do me the courtesy of a phone call prior to cancelling. It was incredibly unprofessional. Relying only on replying to a single email as confirmation after 3 months is ridiculous. They called the next day and asked if I wanted to re-book for another 3 months into the future. I asked for my appointment back but they refused. She tried to tell me that she thought that she did call me...but she absolutely did not. I asked for management to contact me and they never did. This practice appears to have a very poor scheduling process and punitive cancellation policy. I would expect them to at least attempt to call the patient prior to cancelling.

Left several messages trying to get contacted back for a potential diagnoses; never heard back, no one answers the phone, not sure if they are still working or not.

They do not understand adult autism. Very disappointed with their knowledge and experience. Spent a lot of money to get an inculclusive diagnoses. All they did was diagnose me with what I already told them I was diagnosed with. My advice is not to tell them any previous diagnoses. Adults are much harder to diagnose cause they learn how fake a lot of their behavior due to years of watching others. You can not diagnose someone due to one short visit.

Dr. Dumke, Dr. Cason, and the entire Insights team have been a tremendous resource for my son and our family. Their team approach throughout the diagnosis was great, and provided us comfort knowing we have multiple experts in autism continuing to work with us.
