I’ve known Amy Couchman for more than 16 years. She’s always warm and welcoming, and is great at putting people at ease. I’ve always known I could trust her to know what is the right thing to do in any situation, and to do do without hesitation.

I would highly recommend you avoid this practice at all costs. Amy Couchman runs an unethical practice by scheduling appointments without consent, then charging you when you don’t make the appointment. Unfortunately I’m not the first person they’ve done this to. Go anywhere else.

I cant say enough good things about Angela and her team at Flourish. Her humor, warmth, compassion and genuine desire to help people live better lives is unmatched. She is definitely doing something right, because the same goes for the rest of her team as well. If youre working through issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to them. First off, I love the new location on 38th Ave! Its inviting, warm, familiar and the perfect place where you can escape to in the middle of a hectic day to recharge and find peace -if only for a hour. The cute exterior of the new place reminds me of my grandmothers cute home and so that probably has something to do with it for me, but I think it was definitely a smart move for the Flourish team!Ive known Angela for over 15 years now and every time that I talk with her I just walk away feeling relaxed and focused on the big picture. I dont see her nearly often enough, but she consistently gives great advice and has the ability to look at things from multiple points of view, which always gives me food for thought days and months after seeing her. Plus, she knows me so well that I honestly consider her more as a friend than a Success Coach!

I attended one couples session and had to cancel my second due to unforeseen events. Unfortunately I cancelled during the weekend and it wasn’t the “right” 24 hours notice. I tried to explain my situation but to no avail. Luckily I called my bank and was refunded my money but I was extremely unsatisfied by the customer service here. In the end they lost a client and the money they charged for my cancellation.

This place is a joke, apparently if you show up for two consecutive appointments youre automatically signed up for an additional session without your consent. I worked with Krista two weeks in a row with my SO and her skills as a counselor are mediocre at best. Ive been to many counseling sessions at various places and she just talks in circles and cuts your time short. Keep your money and find somewhere else.
