Really cool building; a bit unconventional, but it makes the space unique. Main level is more of an office space setting, with small pods and work spaces. There is a bar with what appears to be a coffee /drinks set up, as well. Leading down the stairs, is a band stand like staircase, which doubles as seating or utilizing to walk up and down. I WOULD recommend, though, that some sort of railing be put at the top of the bandstand; I almost fell to my doom my first time going down the stairs, as the shift from stairs to seating is almost completely invisible.Downstairs is a salon area, with many salin suites; the wash stations are situated in the middle of this level, which is somewhat odd, but understandably convenient for those renting salon pods, as the pods themselves have limited space. I do like that they allow each pod the indemnity to style how they wish, so long as it is not too crazy.I was worried about parking, as the streets have a 2 hour meter limit; most salon patrons spend at least that much time processing, coloring and styled in a chair, so that is one down side- you risk a ticket. Additionally, the parking lots around the building appear to be commandeered by other businesses, so space is limited. Lastly, it feels like a safe space but there were quite a few homeless hanging around outside. If that doesnt bother you, then omit that last sentence upon gaining your own experience. Overall, neat.

The Grid is the BEST coworking space in Denver...Hands Down.I leased a small office from the GRID in 2020 and early 2021 and absolutely loved my time there. (I only ended the lease because I moved)I have leased space in the downtown WeWork, and another smaller local coworking space in the Denver area. My experience at the GRID blew the others away. The people that run the Grid are all incredibly nice and responsive. I never had a question or issue that went unresolved. The GRID community was great too. There is a diverse mix of companies and people who work here...and everyone is so friendly. One thing that really made the GRID stand out to me was that the owner actually works in the coworking space. Try getting in touch with the person that owns WeWork! If you are looking for an affordable, COVID-safe, convenient workspace with world-class employees a great community...look no further! I would recommend the GRID to anyone considering a co-working membership or office lease in the area.

Youre in good hands at Grid Collaborative Workspace! I organized a company event at Grid Collaborative Workspace all the way from San Francisco without physically looking at the place. When our company hosts arrived at the venue on the day of the event they were really amazed by how beautiful the place looked. Kayla was amazing to work with. I was so impressed with the way she helped us. She honestly did her best to fulfill every one of my needs. It was such a pleasure to work with her!!

I love that it is dog friendly and just overall being surrounded by great people!!!

Great space! We hosted a group of women at GRID and the space was amazing. The aesthetics of the place are so great and the space up front near the kitchen is perfect for formal or informal gatherings. We had people coming from downtown and not and everyone agreed that the location was easy to get to and parking was readily available. We look forward to using the space again or working from there in the future!

Great space and super accommodating staff! I recently helped host a networking event at The Grid. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive: plenty of street/metered parking, convenient and central location, and beautiful event space. We used the open area near the front of the venue for networking because it included casual seating, community tables and a kitchen area for us to use, but there are classroom and theater-style rooms, as well as smaller co-working spaces available. They have options that would suit a variety of formats and sizes of meetings. The space is clean, modern, and has a great design. Plus, their team is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

My team and I were one of the first to rent space at GRID. We have literally seen it come to life and gotten to know the team well. They are an amazing and caring group. The space they have created is modern and cool and cozy. The customer service we have received from them is among the best I have experienced. They genuinely care about the businesses that share space at GRID. True heart is hard to find in business and they have it. I highly recommend GRID to any and all businesses looking for cool and collaborative space too get it done!

My friend had her wedding shower here, off hours and I was able to look around to see what this was like/about. What a great concept and set up. I dont know what the prices are or all the amenities but I can imagine that if you are a work at home person, or run your own business, this is a great place to have business meetings or if you need a place to work and dont want to go to a coffee place. The parking wasnt fun, but it never is in the city, but it was manageable.

I love the location! Its right on Broadway so it has a great energy and easy access to transportation and food.. Theres a little patio so you can eat or bring your laptop outside for some fresh air. Even though its a collaborative work-space you dont feel alone because the office managers and everyone there is so friendly, plus they have taps that open in the afternoon so thats always a plus.. Its a great space for small networking events as well.

Ive worked here for a few months; I think its a great location in a neighborhood, which allows me occasionally to step out and take calls and enjoy the Denver weather. Very cool layout with comfy chairs and kind of an industrial chic interior design. Last, but not least, the Kayla, Emily, and the Grid Team are all super-helpful.

Investing in office space is a major expense for small businesses. When I needed to find a space, I researched dozens of workspaces (some boutique, some nationwide), and eventually toured a handful of my top selections. The Grid ranked highest on my list of priorities: clean, work-friendly environment, with effective support staff, and necessary amenities (e.g., free coffee, enough of restrooms, conference rooms, etc.). Having rented space at the Grid for the better part of a year now, my decision has paid off. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - every single one of them is pleasant, polite, intelligent, and helpful. The internet is fast and always active, security is multi-level, and the space is conducive of work. And, theres always coffee. If you come to the Grid, ask about the murals. There is a pretty interesting backstory about the artist sparking off a street-art turf war.Favorite feature: indoor bike racks.Least favorite feature: remembering I need to clear my left-overs out of the fridge before it gets cleared out on Fridays.
