We reached out to Mike Keily at Home Shield Environmental to do an EMF inspection on a property we were buying. He was responsive and flexible in getting us scheduled right away. When he was finished with the inspection he walked us around the property, answered all of our questions, and even walked to a nearby park to get an EMF reading there so we could be sure the park was a safe place for us to go with our little one! Above and beyond. For the EMF inspection, he came out at the same time as our home inspection, and by chance the home inspector found a bit of mold in the attic. We asked Mike if he would be able to squeeze in a mold inspection in the next few days and he was great - he accommodated our tight schedule and called when he was finished to discuss what we would see in the mold inspection reports. Both the EMF and Mold Inspection Reports are easy to read and understand, while also being thorough. He didnt push any extras and helped inform us about what the actual risks are - no scare tactics - which is something I really appreciated. In addition he answered every question we had along the way. We really appreciate Home Shield Environment and will contact them again should we need any additional inspections. Highly recommend!
