Dustin assessed our home for foundation issues. He was honest throughout the process of diagnosing the problem and reassured us that he would not rush to judgment before doing his due diligence to be certain of his design for the repair plan. We invested in his time and effort to select the right company to conduct the repairs and we feel confident that the company he selected did solid work. After drilling into bedrock and repositioning the posts that hold our main support beam (in a two story home, plus a basement), cracks in our walls were visibly closed and every door now closes and latches correctly! We are happy with the results... and knowing that Dustins plans will be on file for our home when we decide to sell is piece of mind.

Dustin came out for an inspection on a property that Im under contract for. I was worried about the retaining wall that is bowing a bit, as well as the inspector having said that water runs towards the foundation on all sides of the house. Dustin put my mind to ease and gave me great, simple, cost-effective solutions for each of the issues. So worth the $300 to have him out!

We had Dustin come to our home during a renovation to confirm what our contractor said could be done in regard to removing interior walls. He responded quickly and was there within a day or two. He walked into the house and said, oh this is no problem, weve done several like this. Theres no need for extra support because its an exterior wall. Luckily our electrician was there and said you better go into the attic. It wasnt an exterior wall! We, our contractor and electrician all knew it needed it, and then Dustin agreed. He was very rushed and seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. Once we got the plans we showed them to our contractor, who has been in business for 35 years, said he had never seen anything like it. There was no need to put 3 beams side by side, double height in a single story home. We would have a 36 beam down the middle of the attic! We did what our contractor said and had another engineer come out to look and he agreed, he had never seen anything like Dustin recommendations and thought it was ridiculous to put that much support in that design of a home. So, we paid the $1030.00 fee to Dustin for nothing. I will be asking for a refund, or at lest partial refund, but felt I needed to post his review. When homeowners are needing the advise or service of this company, ask a lot of questions before you agree to pay for the drawings and make sure you have your contractor there with you for the visit!

Rude and unprofessional. An engineer (Nathan) showed up at our house without an appointment or a business card, barged in and demanded information from us on the part of the buyers agent for our home inspection. When we said he needed to talk to the buyers agent, he said we were making his job more difficult. and demanded to see the cracks. When I called their offices to complain, the office manager gave me a bad attitude. Think twice before you call these people.

If you are looking for thorough and efficient work I recommend ESDenver! I called Dustin in a bind, the city of Denver needed Mechanical Engineer work that I did not foresee. If you have worked with the city, you know that these setbacks can be frustrating and can mean weeks of delay. I called Dustin on a Wednesday and he had everything I needed turned around by the following Monday. My contractor was shocked and said hed never had anyone turn around that type of work so quickly. Dustin and his team coordinated the hand off to my contractor and all the work they did passed through the city with no issues. Would definitely recommend!
