We have an older residential elevator and were told by numerous other companies that there were no parts available, and that wed have to replace the whole thing. Jeff and crew came in, and not only was he able to repair and replace all of the necessary parts, but he worked with us in stages, patiently testing all parts to only replace what was necessary. to assure that we wouldnt have any issues coming up unexpectedly. Well be using them for annual maintenance and any repairs that come up. Highly recommend.

Just had my elevator serviced by Jeff and his team. This is the second time I have used Morning Star Elevator and I will use them in the future as well. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot my issue very fast. Everyone knows elevators are not cheap nor is the maintenance, however Morning Star Elevator works to get the job done and done right and at a reasonable cost. Their service here is top notch.

Morning Star Elevator came out immediately and provided valuable input to our situation.In a short amount of time, I received a proposal for a Stiltz lift. When it was time to install the lift, Morning Star Elevator called ahead and found a convenient time that worked for all of us to do the install. There was no fuss or mess and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Morning Star installed an elevator in my residence 3 years ago. Weve had no problems, and absolutely love it! I give the company 5 stars, but the contractor they recommended Ordean was not the easiest to work with. However, my follow ups and yearly maintenance has been handled very professionally by Morning Star. I highly recommend the company. Just check out your contractor that will build the tower for elevator.

I called the Morning Star Elevator on Friday morning to install a chair lift in our home. They responded immediately to my request and set an appointment for the next morning.Im pretty amazed by how these pros do business. They are so prompt, and genuinely caring to the point that they are more concerned with their clients satisfaction more than their sales, which I found so rare to find these days.The installation lasts about 1/2 day due to the difficulties of our stair set up, but it was done wonderfully and also fairly priced. They even called to follow up and see how things are working. Its definitely a 5-star experience!

I worked here years ago, the owner had some serious issues, that he has hopefully since worked out. Absolutely dreaded working here and moved across the country to do so. Such an angry little man.

These folks at Morning Elevator are FANTASTIC. I needed to get my mom up and down the stairs after her surgery. Morning Star ELevator was able to provide us a stairlift. Tom, the sales person, was AWESOME! THe crew that installed wer prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Justin was so good withMom on showing her how to operate the stairlift. I would recommend Morning Star Elevator to anyone who is considering a stairlift. Aand we have a lifetime warrnty on all parts other than the batteries and the upholstery. GREAT company.

We were given GREAT Customer Service for the repairs on our stairlift. We did not by the Acorn stairlift from Morning Star Elevator. We could not find anyone who wanted to service the lift and the Acorn manufacturer was expensive and not customre friendly after the sale. My husband is a veteran and we are on a budget. Morning Star Elevator came to our rescue and got the stairlift working at a reasonable cost. Later, we found out that Morning Star Elevator is a vetran owned company and that made us feel realy good. We highly recommend Morning Star Elevator.
