I didnt know what I was going to get when I was first referred to this office. I was in a very high stress state as an unexpected family situation had arose and I needed a lawyer immediately. Luckily, the person I got to work with was Dorian. I dont know what I would have done without him. He kept my stress down and brought me back to reality when I was spinning out. Its hard when you get in those situations to know if those representing you have your back or not, and Dorian definitely did! I knew what was happening in my case the entire way and he always responded quickly with any questions that I had. If you are looking for a lawyer who is going to have your back then this is the office for you!

If you want the BEST, forget the rest! Truly, they outmaneuvered 3 other law firms over a 4 year time period. From the 1st time I spoke with Rodger, I could tell that he truly cared about what I was going through. Even knowing the case law wasnt favorable, Rodger, Carrie and the entire team helped me persevere throughout a long, stressful process. Crises would often occur during weekends and they both gave me their personal cell numbers, so we were never out of contact. Carries motions were extremely detail oriented and her trial appearances were masterful. I often referred to Rodger and Carrie as The iron fist in the velvet glove.It really was a pleasure to work with the entire team! While I might not like all their advice, I followed everything and it usually turned out to be correct. What I felt from all, was genuine support for a very difficult position. I should’ve written this review a while ago. My experience was vastly different than some of the most recent reviews on here. Carrie Vonachen was my attorney for my divorce last year. Divorce is a terrifying situation to go through, especially when there’s a child involved. When I was starting the process, I followed the “rule of 3” and contacted multiple other law offices to get hourly rates and to hear their method of approach with my situation. All of them were either overpriced or made me feel like I was wasting their time. I called this law office and Carrie picked up. She was willing to answer my questions even though our call went on past 5:30 PM. She honestly surprised me when she asked me if I wanted to be able to go sporting events, concerts, graduation ceremonies for my son without fighting and hostility occurring between my ex-wife and I. My answer was an obvious “YES!”. She got my attention that way.Throughout the whole divorce experience, she told me the truth, not just what I wanted to hear. There were times when I was honestly very defensive and aggressive about my side of the story. She was composed, sincere and professional the whole time and was able to help me calm down and become the same way. As a father, I was scared of losing custody of my son.The whole law office was supportive, very responsive and gave me the confidence that I chose the right team to represent me in court. I would recommend them to anyone!My divorce was finalized in December of 2019 and Carrie was exactly right! Rodger Daley was so helpful in a case that I reached to him on for my son last month. I had spoken with several attorneys who had stated each that there really was nothing that could be done. My son was sentenced to 10 days in Douglas County jail for speeding 25 miles over the speed limit. He just graduated from college and landed his first job and was only on the job for one week when he went to court for his speeding incident and was immediately taken to jail. We were shocked and I need him out asap to protect his new job. Rodger called me back after an inquiry online I had made the very next morning. He and his associates had a solution within minutes. We filed a motion to reconsider not sure it was going to work, but very hopeful. Well it worked!!!! My son only had to stay in jail for 3 days thanks to Rodger and his associates and them thinking outside the box. They were familiar with the magistrate who sentenced my son and he happens to do this frequently:( The fees were very reasonable and worth every cent. The entire staff was so kind and so helpful as they kept me informed of everything though out the whole process. I cannot thank this law firm enough!!!!!!
