I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided by All Copy Products. They maintain all of our printers, copiers, and postage machine. Anytime I have a question or need maintenance/supplies they respond promptly and professionally. I am extremely satisfied with their services!

We order toner as soon as the machine gives us the warning; for the Magenta cartridge it was 3-4 months between the order and the actual installation time. Upon attempted install, it was determined that a very similar cartridge was sent, but it was not the correct one. I called my local All Copy team and while they didnt have the correct one in stock locally, they expedited one from another site and it was here the next day.

All Copys departments dont communicate with one another, so AR doesnt know what sales is doing and it takes months to get them on the same page. Youll be charged for service whether the problem is solved or not. Find another copier service.

All Copy did a great job with getting the lease set up but once the equipment was delivered the ball was dropped from there. Once the agreement was signed communication was scarce and setup was a headache and our team had to continuously follow up.

Came after us 10 months after cancelling our service agreement. Lawyers, collection agents. Their attorneys finally made us pay $1,300 for a service contract cancelled 10 months ago. Very corporate. Small business beware!

My company had one of their photo copiers for more than 20 years without a service call. When our office closed at the end of last year they charged me $400.00 to drive 6 miles to pick it up. They are like most copier leasing companies, just care about the $$$$$. I guess in this age of COVID-19 I will try to scrape the $400.00 together. Stay clear of these people.

You should consider taking care of your most valuable assets- your employees. Putting your employees at risk by making them go into the office during a pandemic is unsafe and unreasonable, esp since they do REMOTE I.T. This star is for you, Brad.

Ive used All Copy Products for about 9 months now and have absolutely nothing to say except positive things. My bill has been the same every month, and when I need service, All Copy Products has always come out within an hour. Friendly technicians every time, and anytime I have a concern it is answered promptly over the phone. Thank you guys for all your help in the past and for the help well receive in the future!

We received a new copier this spring and All Copys team was wonderful with the installation, and they saved us about 35.00 a month with our new copier contract. We have had them service our needs for at least 10 years. We wouldnt go anywhere else for our copier and computer tech needs.

The Copier Department has been GREAT! (Chris LaForge is AMAZING!!!) BUT sadly, the IT Department & Billing have been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with!! We are counting the days until our IT/phone contract expires. If you are looking to purchase phones/service or IT support - GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!! You will thank me later!

I rarely have any issues with my machine. When I do they are resolved quickly. Toner is always delivered as expected. I really dont have to think about it, which is what I want in a copier contract.

Working with Mathias Roberts and Andrew Lombardo was a pleasure. They took many headaches off of me with my move. Nick Gerhardt stayed on top of my Comcast move--which Comcast did not make easy for him, but he took care of it. Easiest Comcast move / install I have ever experienced. All Copy Products sold our office the off brand printer cartridges which destroyed our brand new printer, which needed to bet replaced at 3 months old. When we had it replaced, we learned that it was the all copy products brand ink that we were using that was ruining out printer. When we called All Copy Products to asked to return the UNUSED AND UNOPENED cartridges since we did not want to ruin out NEW/REPLACEMENT PRINTER, they declined our request to exchange for a refund. They refuse to be professional about the situation and I would NOT recommend anyone use them for products in the future.

We have had a long relationship with ACP (All Copy Products), which we valued until a few months ago. Our contract expires at the end of 2016, and towards the end of 2015, we met with our account rep to review our current contract and explore any new copiers that may better suit our business needs. While we went back and forth, we also made it clear that we needed to be notified on when our auto renew came up so that we weren’t unknowingly stuck in another lease. All upgrades were put on hold as we still had another year on our contract to finalize any decisions. About three months ago, we revisited with ACP again to see if keeping our old copiers would be cheaper than considering newer versions. At this time, we also let ACP know we were exploring other companies to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. To our surprise ACP informed us that we were too late and the current lease automatically renewed for another year.We were outraged.We have reached out and spoken to the sales person, as well as the sales manager, and asked for follow-up on the issue multiple times. We never heard back from them! Not only do they mislead and improperly handle business and customer service, once called on it, they completely ignore the issue and don’t attempt to remedy the situation.We gave a substantial amount of time to ACP to come up with different ways to keep or earn our business. Instead, they took advantage of our relationship, manipulated the situation, and trapped us into another lease. We have always been a loyal customer and their lack of customer service has completely disappointed us to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
