They did an excellent service! When they were working, I was able to see that they used power tools such as vacuums and special brushes to remove the debris, soot, and other materials that had accumulate over time in my chimneys flue.

**Update: Adi, the technician manager, reached out after I made this review. He shared that the technician that did my inspection no longer works there, as they claimed that I was okay with no photos, videos, or report. Adi agreed to come do a complementary inspection with a free cleaning. I am happy with my new inspection.I recently requested a chimney inspection for a home that my husband and I are purchasing. Very little to no communication, if any at all, and was charged $99 for 15 minutes of the guy taking no pictures or video. I requested a video of the chimney inspection, plus’s report of future recommendations of maintenance and repair, and received no communication after reaching out three times.Their phone system is also not receiving calls at this time, so another detail to know when contacting them. Super disappointed with my experience, buyer beware!!! I will update my review if further communication is made. One star was my initial rating.

Dro was very professional and knew about his field. He took time and cleaned out our fireplace and firebox and replaced the material that needed replaced. And he arranged the logs so that we could get a better view of our beautiful fire. Thank you for wonderful service.

Disappointed in the quality of the work, especially after seeing all the 5 star reviews. I recently had them come clean my chimney and had the following experience. The fireplace was already clean as I had cleaned it about 2 weeks ago and inside was a fireplace basket with decorative aspen logs. The technician came and started taping off the fireplace to clean the chimney, and I stepped out to take a phone call. About 15-20 minutes later the tech said he was done. I went back to check the work and he had left all the soot from the chimney all over the logs and fire basket. He had not moved anything or tried to clean the soot. I then had to pull everything out myself to show him and have him bring back the vacuum to clean everything again. There was no effort to try to do this on his part and I kept finding things that were not cleaned. I even wiped down everything myself before the tech finally asked if he could do it for me. Make sure you check the entire fireplace as there were several areas where a clean was not attempted. Perhaps my expectations of having the fireplace and chimney brushed down and cleaned were to great. The service was $175 and did not meet expectations. To those looking to use this service dont expect anything other than a rushed job. If you are expecting quality and detail look elsewhere.

These guys were great! On time, professional. They cleaned the cap, chimney and stove which was extremely dirty. There was no dust or mess in my house when they were done. They were quick, and reasonable in price. The glass on the door has stayed fairly clean and when I open the door I don’t get smoke back into the house. Definitely will use them again

The guys from Denver Chimney Cleaning showed up on time for both the appraisal and for the day they did the work. Replaced the items needed quickly and for a good price. Would highly recommend it.

I realized the black or brown residue of combustion that collects on the inner surfaces of a chimney flue liner, is highly flammable ☹ so I called them immediately. The staff used vacuums and special brushes to remove the debris that has been accumulating every time I decide to use my chimney. I highly recommend them!

During the whole process I realized that they used a good flashlight to check the damper for cracks, pitting or rusted-out sections. The staff was comfortable with me watching and asking questions about chimneys and the right way that real professionals clean them.

When the heating season is over, preferably in late spring, I always have my chimney inspected and cleaned, the staff makes sure it is clean and will not cause any problem, I recommend them because they do an excellent job for a fair price!

Preparing for our up coming move we had a home inspection completed on our house. The home inspector suggested we have our chimney inspected and repaired by a certified technician. Facing a deadline I looked for a reputable company who could complete the needed work in a timely manner. I was able to get a hold of Taylor and he made it out to the house to assess the chimney in just few hours .Taylor assessed the chimney and determined it did not need repair and the home inspector incorrect about their assessment. Keeping his word and business practice Taylor completed the estimate for free .I really appreciate . I will definitely use this company in the future!
