Worst experience Ive ever had with a recruiter. If you wonder why all their reviews are 5 star, its because they pressure job recruits to give them a good review, and what are you going to do when you are trying to get a job through them? Heres the reality: I worked with Kelley Padilla and Steve Urban. They placed me in a senior management role in a company with which they are intimately familiar. Based on my experience, I would have no confidence as a candidate working with them that theyre gonna try to match you to the job. Theyre just sticking people in a hole so they can get their commission. The faster people leave and have turnover, the sooner they can earn their next commission. Clever.
