I am more pleased with this company than I ever thought I could be with an insurance company. I had filed for Medicaid through Setons Womens Center (which I later realized was basically a middle-man). They screwed up my insurance terribly, never sent my application, and were useless when I would ask for help or guidance on how to fix it. Finally I got the number for Maximus through Medicaid and as soon as I reached a Maximus customer service rep (Barb), my life got a million times better. Between her and her supervisor (Tanya) they were extremely compassionate and helpful and told me exactly what steps I needed to take to get everything taken care of, and even expedited my application since the circumstances had been messed up outside of my control. When I went to the office at 4500 Cherry Creek South Drive, Suite 200 to apply, the staff was also very helpful and the entire visit took less than an hour, and the receptionist went over my application once I had finished to make sure I hadnt missed anything.I am so happy with the service I received, it more than re-established my dwindling faith in the medical insurance industry. Just great!
