Honest, ethical, and sensitive and clear about possible renters needs and personalities in general. I was always informed of any changes, or news that applied to me. I never had any questions or concerns and everything was taken care of. Totally worth the $$ they ask for their service. Payments to me were always on time. I would refer them always and use them always !

Getting our storage space for our vehicle was a simple process, and Carmelo showed excellent communication skills while we got everything sorted. I did have an unfortunate incident with my vehicle while it was being stored, but Carmelo went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was handled satisfactorily. I was really impressed with the service I received, and I would not hesitate to use Stow It again in the future. Highly recommended!

The stow it guys are great! Any time I had a question or concern they were on it. They went the extra mile literally coming to my property to evaluate how to best to market the space with the goal of getting us the perfect renter, and they did. We are very satisfied with the level of service for their advertising, communications with potential renters and any concerns we have had after the property was rented.
