Went in with my brothers car, after calling multiple shops, and his brakes were literally grinding everywhere we went but when we got to Brakes Plus they were very helpful! Explained things very well and made sure to double check everything we needed so nothing was missed! Jesse and Kevin were very awesome and took good care of us! Cheap prices, excellent customer service, and professional attitudes!! We will definitely be back for our car needs!

I came to Brakes plus for my front brakes and they gave me a super good deal on fixing everything they were patient with us helped us find other places if they weren’t able to help and they helped us with changing out our tire and filling it up with no issues. Kevin and Jesse did great jobs fixing up the car and making sure everything worked. Everybody was professional and respectful and very very helpful.

Called to make an appointment but their phone lines were down. Less than five minutes later, I got text explaining just that. I made an 8:00 AM appointment for a alignment, I requested to pick up by 10:00 AM but it wasnt finished until around noon time. The vehicle owner gotten upset because he was late for work, sometimes we need to understand other matter arises unexpectedly. This location I have been taking cars for services for a while, they are professional and courteous people. Theres other places walking distance away but I like this place much better.

I went in needing a head light replaced. They literally did Id it so quickly, I was probably there for a total of 5 minutes. They were super helpful and professional. Definitely coming back for other maintenance needs.

I have been a regular at this Brakes Plus for years. They have done a great and speedy job with my oil changes and their customer service has always been top notch. I just had some other repairs completed, they were speedy, reasonably priced and thoroughly explained the work needing to be done. I will continue to visit this location for my car needs. They repaired my brakes well, however, as I came out wi th a different problem that wasn’t even there prior. I called a few minutes after I left saying that my car now makes a lot of noise in the front which wasn’t there prior to. The guy, Kevin, said he noticed that on his test drive yet he didn’t notify me and just let me check out. He, also, stated it was there prior which was not true! Now I have to have it reinspected and more time that I don’t have. Plus, when I stopped after a 15min drive, the front of my car smelled like smoke!

I really appreciate that I was able to make an appointment to get my oil changed here! I called several places before Brakes Plus to make an appointment and no one else did appointments for oil changes, only first come first serve. I have 2 kids, one very young and the other has special needs, so it was important to get an appointment for an oil change so we werent there all day. Brakes plus was also quicker than expected which was awesome! I will be back for my next oil change!

Had to take my vehicle back 3 times because they messed up my brakes. Everytime I went back, they returned my vehicle with missing hub caps... Horrible experience

I have gone here twice for a simple alignment or brake check, and each time they manager to find $2000 worth of work that needs to be done. Lo and behold that when I got a second opinion, both times nothing was wrong. They will drag you in, make you wait forever, and ask you to shell out thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Very friendly guys and it’s a dog friendly place. They did an amazing job on my car.

Bad service and high prices. made an appointment for an oil change, and it took them 5 hours. asked them to replace my battery and they couldnt answer basic questions about the replacement. I had to call 3-4 times during the day of service since there was no communication from them. Also, they did that tactic where they tell you need $800 worth of unnecessary repairs on your car, when you know its BS. I wont be back for oil changes; and I sure as heck would NOT trust them with brakes or repairs.

I brought my truck in telling them about a bad squeak that i thought was coming from the front. The brake inspection is free and i assume they just checked the fronts because thats where i thought the noise was (even though he told me they check all 4.) they suggest a lube of brake components that was 75 dollars i drove away still squeaking after paying the 75. Dude told me 2 hours i called them back to ask about it at the 2 hour mark i was notified it would be 2 more hours, 4 hours for a lube job? i just went to all pro on colfax he found that my rear drums were caked in brake dust inside suggesting they never checked or cleaned the rear. All pro did a cleaning and adjustment because they were too tight and only charged me 40 bucks

Called to make an appointment and somehow it was never made. But was quickly taken care of and quoted an hour wait time. Ended up being 2.5 hours. Dont come here if you have a schedule to keep slow service.

Please read all the way.Been sitting here for 52 minutes after setting up a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Not any major work, just an oil change. Im watching about 5 employees sitting around eating lunch laughing, and talking (what, you all take lunch at the same time?) My suv has been sitting in the same spot waiting to get pulled in the back. I was told over the phone it should take about an hour. Well my hour is almost up. Should have taken it to Walmart like I used to do. I had to wait for someone to come to the front for they all were in the back eating, and laughing. Finally when someone came to the front I told them about themselves. You dont schedule an appointment to wait for an hour to get it pulled back in the bay. Could have told me we can do it at 2pm instead of 1pm. The guy understood my disappointment, and told me he would not charge me the full amount for having to wait. Once my vehicle was pulled in, and I was still waiting. He continued to come out, and explain things to me as I requested Brakes plus to check certain things on my suv. Once finished, he brought my vehicle around, and said, NO CHARGE! I apologize for the wait, and this ones on us!Felt good to have exemplary customer service, and satisfaction. Took my other car later on in the day, and the process moved much faster than my previous time there.

Mark the store manager and Mikael the assistant manager were extremely helpful with getting my vehicle in and my diag done. I didn’t have an appointment and they were still able to take me in same day. Also MIkael the assistant manager was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in terms I understood why my check engine was on. Highly recommend this location. I will definitely continue coming here.

I took it to another company an had it rechecked an I have over 1/2 life on my pads an I dont need roters!!! Just because Im a woman they were trying to take advantage of me. Do not trust this company ever! They clearly lied to my face when they said they were going to evaluate my brakes and get back to me on an exact quote. I got them checked out right after that happened and they never took most of the parts off to see the conditions of the brakes and the rest of the system like the calibers and rotors.

2020 is the year that things just want to keep hitting hard. The other day I took my car in to just have the brakes done but come to find out had to have the tire rods replaced as well. Only this is not simple on my car as the whole rack has to be replaced. My stomach dropped when I heard this because the cost of all the work was going to be expensive, but the crew at this location and Micheal and Yari were AMAZING and worked with me on getting this take care of quickly but also not breaking my bank account while doing it. They kept me informed and were very understanding about my frustration with the car. I plan to continue taking my car and future cars to this location because the service I received was outstanding.

Repair was delayed due to the wrong part arriving at the facility. Cost was less than the initial quote so its hard to be upset about that. They communicated well and it looks and feels like they did a quality job.Prices overall were cheaper than other locations which is always a plus. However they did quote me for repairs that werent necessarily necessary at the time but hey, at least I dont have to worry about it down the road.Enjoy the photo of Totoro.

This is a VERY busy location due to the good work of the staff and great relationships that they have built with the customers..these are hard working mechanics! The wait can be a bit long though, but they explain everything to the customer that needs done on their vehicle. Mark the store manager is great!

I took my car here initially to have my brakes changed and was impressed with the staff. I had all of my maintenance done here since then because I felt like I could trust the technicians here. I even would pass the brakes plus by my house just to come to this one. The manager here does a great job of taking care of everyone. I unfortunately had to leave the area for work and will have to find a new place but would have continued to go here had I not moved. Thanks for taking care of my car and making sure it got us all the way to Boston safe. Everyone else, good luck with all the pot holes in Denver.

I went in there to have my service truck worked on. It was a 2000 silverado that needed some brake work. I replaced the pads and rotors. That truck is 20 yo and is known for the rear calipers and caliper bracket to wear out. The piston was locked. Knowing that, after i asked them how it looked they said it was ok. They didnt bleed the brake fluid. Fluid was black when i got home to check it. The brakes had been grinding and i did mention that to them but they didnt check anything or recommend anything. I’ll be ordering new calipers and brackets for the rear. Ive went to them a few times before and they did what i asked but nothing more. I dont think I’ll be using them again.

Because of their location went to Brakes Plus to have oil changed. They said I needed brakes replaced, so I had them replace the brakes. That was September, it is now December, today I go back for the 3rd time to correct the brakes that are still not working.This is a follow up as a result of my last visit to BP to correct the brake problem. Well, initially BP could not locate the problem, but a day later I got a call from their manager Mark and he asked me to bring the vehicle back and that he would personally look into the matter. Well days later I did return to BP and to my surprise Mark did find the problem and was able to make the repair at no additional cost. Though I had previously felt BP service was not up to par, Mark proved me wrong and he made me feel like I was the most important customer, though I know he had many customers to attend to. I look forward to having future business with BP

The girl that checked me in chatted with the guys in the back about ordering mc.donalds instead of working on peoples vehicles. Drew and Jeremy (cant remember the rest of the crews names) went above and beyond to assist me and go the extra mile to ensure that my car was properly fixed. The parts that I needed were not in stock but somehow they got them there a my car fixed within 3 hours. Amazing!They close at 6 and they stayed to 730! I dont know any other shop in town that would have stayed late on a Friday night to ensure that my car fixed properly before the weekend. They even gave me a ride to a date I was late for and delivered the car to me. Outstanding customer care and talk about going above and beyond!I highly recommend this store and its crew. Had a coupon from discount tire. Got my front end alignment done. Called a dozen locations but Stapleton got me in same day. Gave me print out of before and after. Got my steering wheel straight!? Did struts at Pep Boys who sent out van as done with steering wheel 40 degrees off center. Drove me crazy. They did a great job van drove beautiful all the way home from Colo to Calif. No wear on tires after 1000 miles. They were polite, did job quickly. Even ate pizza in their store and ordered my sons glasses in same shopping center. Very convenient

Jeremy and his team are honest and do quality work for a reasonable price. They do a great job explaining the pros and cons of fixing an issue vs waiting to fix it later. I always feel I am getting an accurate and unbiased diagnosis of what is going on with my vehicle. I have taken cars to Jeremy for years and I am excited he is now at the Quebec location! Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

This place makes up symptoms to up-charge you. I had no grinding at all on my car, just low brake fluid signal. When they called to give me the estimate, suddenly there is grinding noises and I need a massive amount of work. Can’t be trusted, I took my car to another facility and it was an easier fix because they agreed my car did not not the repairs they mentioned nor did it have a grinding noise.

Brakes Plus took care of my car from a previous diagnostic and had my car back to me the same day. Great service!!

The definition of a guy who really cares about customer service and giving a great experience, even if delivering bad news (which I overhead him have to do once while in the Lobby) Also seems like he basically is the guy who answers almost all phone calls, greets everyone, takes payments, schedules and helps manage the garage along with the employees.Absolutely above and beyond from this guy. So upper Management, hope you guys see this because even though I only got my oil changed (And I was able to bring my own oil, which seems to not be allowed ANYWHERE anymore, I called over 5 different places that wont let you bring your own oil) and it only cost me like $22 for the change since I brought my own. I was in and out in under 45min because when I called he said get here in 15min and we got you, and sure enough....they did. So again Mark, who was working front desk on Tuesday early afternoon, is the reason Ill be back for any more work I need done

I appreciate that that they detail everything that needs to be done with your car and give you the option to get everything or to wait. They do quality work and give great recommendations for services they do not provide. They also comped a service for me, which was very much appreciated.

First. I ask them to fix my cars problem, They called and told me what a few problems was. I told them whats the main issue and they said breaks when clearly. It was not the problem. My car still squeaks and not I have to pay extra money to get it fixed. This is poor customer service in the times that we are in.

Prices are ok but what I don’t like is that I set an appointment for 10am, I arrived at 9:45am and my vehicle did not get touched till an hour later. Once it was in they bay for it to be worked on it sat unattended for another hour. I feel the Time Is Not Used Wisely Or efficiently! I spent 4 hours waiting on a job that takes me 45min to do myself makes no sense.

At 35th & Quebec; Very poor customer service! Manager Mike was rude and disrespectful. I received a free oil change from corporate, because of Mike, who apparently needs training, per Joshua at Corporate! Also, Tires Plus is across the street and does better work, and wants your business and offer Great customer Sevice, and Is Cheaper!

Mark (the GM) was able to schedule me in right away when I called, and gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed once they had inspected my car - the price of which was was incredibly affordable. I loved the customer service and fair pricing I received, and will recommend this location to anyone needing a brake job!
