Scott is awesome. Took my aluminum radiator in to see if he could fix the leaks. He showed me what was going on and said he could fix it but if he couldnt would let me know. Dropped it off Friday afternoon and he called me Monday A.M. saying it holding pressure. Went up on Tuesday to pick it up and he showed me again that it was holding. Dropped it back in my 67 Mustang and it runs better and cooler than when new. This guy is awesome!

Called for an estimate to re core radiator. He says we need to see radiator. I take radiator there and without looking at radiator he says about $700 to re core it. That should of been said on the phone when I asked the question! So I wasted time and gas to go there when a new radiator is around $300

Scott was amazing from start to finish on my Retro scooter project. Brought in the rusty tank, he took the time to show and explain the process of the tank restoration and gave me an upfront price and timeline on when he could get it done. A week and a half later I got a call saying that it was ready and the price that he quoted when I first dropped it off. Stopped by today and was happy with the results. I wouldnt hesitate to have any repair work done at A-1 Radiator. Keep up the great work!

Owner charged me $180 to fix a small leak, he told me he repaired it with aluminum weld.I was surprised to see the item was painted black when I picked it up... But now it makes sense, i pealed some paint off and saw that he epoxied my item although I was told it was welded AND I paid for aluminum welding. He may be nice but he is dishonest and shady. I just paid $180 for $5 worth of epoxy.

I got the whole story because he took the time to chat.You might not care, but, people that fix things and also treat humans like fellow humans are a rare bread these days.Anyways, got the gas tank crack taken care of in record time. It cost me a couple bucks more than I planned but he also did it in record time.🏎🚗 oh yeah, got a free zip tie too ;)

I cant recall his name but the older gentleman who Im assuming owns the business was very friendly and social with me. He gave me quotes on my radiator and told me it would be done tomorrow. I went to lunch with a friend maybe 30 minutes later and calls me to tell me its done. I was ecstatic that it had been done so fast. He showed me what he did and that he even tested it. He did not give me a recipt but he seems like an honest man and I trust his work. Hes got a great shop and even better customer service. This is a great shop and can expect to see me again if something cooling related breaks on another of my cars. My truck had been running all day and honestly runs cooler than it did before the accident. Thank you A1 for a great service! I am beyond happy with the results -Dom

When I first called A-1, Scott sounded a little gruff, but as the conversation went on, I sensed he was genuinely caring. I decided to bring my radiator to A-1 for an evaluation. When I arrived the next day, Scott seemed gruff at first, but he interrupted his work & graciously took time to look at my radiator & give me an honest opinion. He said he could try to repair it, but said that to prevent worse problems if it failed again, it would be better to replace it with a new one, which I have to get from the dealer. Based on this experience, I felt compelled to tell you I trust Scott & recommend A-1 for the honesty & respect I was given... I will definitely bring any future radiator problems to Scott at A-1. Scott did a great job on my FJ40 heater core. He also gave my two high school aged kids a tour and explained what A-1 did. Overall this was a great expereince.

I was on Hwy 36 driving to Regis University when all of a sudden I could see white smoke pouring out from under hood and temperature gauge was pegged. Pulled off at Federal and could see that my radiator was the culprit. It was 9:30 AM on a Saturday, and I realized I was very close to A-1 Radiator. I called up and Scott told me to come on in. He couldnt guarantee that he could fix it by noon, but he would give it a shot.Scott ended up replacing the radiator, and pressure tested the system, and I was on my way by 1PM (he stayed late to get the job done). He didnt try to sell me a thermostat or radiator cap I didnt need, and was clearly knowledgable and also very personable.

Pricing is PERFECT... Went to several locations around and Scott over at A-1 Radiator took care of me with a price that was more then fair!!!

Had already bought a radiator, came here for the guy to install it. Waited at the front desk forever just for him to have an attitude and tell me he can’t install it and it’ll take a little over a month for him to get to it.
