It took some persuasion to urge MY truck back and return their rental. I had to disburse of MY pocket $320 for the free rental. Please look elsewhere to try to to business as these guys can care less what proportion the customer pays out of pocket as long as THEY get THEIR pretty penny.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I have called numerous times and have gotten nowhere. Now looking at my claim online with the insurance company and it seems they have requested another adjuster to come out which means they still have not finished my truck..

I’ve been on and off about getting my car fixed since my hail damage was minor and I couldn’t afford to be without my car. A friend recommended Auto Dent since they were able to help him out with a rental. Unfortunately I did not have rental coverage and Auto Dent was able to cover me with one of theirs. I appreciated that as I was able to get to and from work. Repairs on my car also looked great and I was happy with how everything turned out! Thank you Tyler and the team! You guys are awesome!

Took my truck in for an estimate for hail damage. They promised me the moon and back. They even let me get a rental. Said it was free. Two weeks later, they couldnt match the estimate with my insurance. This is the first time I have to take my car to the shop by myself, normally my dad helps take care of my car so Im very grateful for the service here. They are very nice and made the process very smooth. It took them about 3 weeks to fix the hail damage and other external scratches for me. They offered me one of their rental cars in the meantime. Also, thank you so much for cleaning my car for me-- I really appreciate it!!!!

Excellent job on my 2014 CRV that was heavenly damaged in hail storm last summer. Got me in and out quickly and set me up with rental car! Everyone was very nice. Worked well with my insurance company! Highly recommend them!

They were awesome and extremely accommodating. My husband and I had a significant amount of hail damage and they got us in quickly. They even help with a rental if you need one. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!

Tyler and the boys over st Auto Dent Pros took my Automobile “s in within days of me contacting them. I thought I was out of luck because my Insurance Company told me it could take months before any repairs could start. My car was right near The Colorado Mills Mall and was completely hammered. The had Door was even knocked off of the car.Within 2 weeks, Auto Dent Pros had it back to looking better than it was prior to the hail storm! My SUV was also unbelievably smashed! It took a bit longer as parts for the Rover were difficult to get in and not too cheap.I was amazed when I saw it finished as it looks back to new! I couldn’t be happier, if you need any Auto Body work, Contact Tyler and his brother at ADP. They will take care of you pay your deductible ( in most cases ) and get you in a nice rental. These guys were great! I brought my Jeep in and they handled all of the correspondence with my insurance company and had me in and out. They were very easy to communicate with and provided me with a rental car for the duration of the repairs at no cost. I would highly recommend them!

They took my truck on Oct 31. They reported it would take approximately 3 weeks to fix. Today is Dec. 3 they have not communicated what is going on with my truck at all. I have called 3 times and have gotten no where. The people at this repair shop were extremely helpful, they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made sure that I was taken care of. Car looked even better than it did before the hail damage! I wouldnt go to anybody else.

I purchased my first car, a Toyota 4Runner in February, I was very excited! However when it got hit with hail the following May, I was destroyed.Troy and Danny at Auto Dent Pros took my 4Runner and made it look brand new! Tuan was very helpfull dealing with my insurance who did not want to pay for a cracked window during the hail storm. Tuan got my window replaced after dealing with the insurance. Took both of my cars in and he was amazing to work with. Would recommend this shop to everyone. 10 stars if possible
