I really like Delta Airlines. Only issue with flying in and out of Denver is the limited options and often higher rates. None the less, that doesn’t say anything bad about the airline. Most passengers are kind and courteous, unlike many seen on some of the other more affordable options. Easy to check baggage and the in-flight entertainment options are pretty robust. The A terminal lacks in early morning dining options, but that’s not on Delta. Good thing about the A gates is the option to take the skywalk of the other security gates are full. I just wish Delta had more options outside of having to fly into Atlanta for to access east coast travel. All in all, the Delta experience is pretty good.

There was no line for bag check when we arrived and the staff helped us efficiently check in our group of 9. He even took the time to ask us if we had enjoyed our trip.

Not only did this company not get my mothers luggage to the destination location on time, but they then delivered it over 24 hours later, at 2:30 AM with no calls to either number provided, at the wrong address (which is clearly visible by the picture provided), without the required delivery signature, and by the time we awoke it had been stolen. The disrespect, disregard, and reckless behavior of the employee who delivered the luggage is abhorrent. Many sentimental items are gone forever that cannot be replaced. Would NEVER recommend using this airline if youre going to check a bag.

Delta is a joke. They have the worst customer service imaginable…. If I had the option to go with Delta or a reasonably fit albatross, it would be the bird. We had to jump through the hoops of almost 4 HOURS on hold, got our infant added as a passenger, which there is literally no way to do online, were assured that this would apply for all legs of our trip, and now I’m on hold AGAIN doing the same thing I already did. I don’t have enough swear words for for how useless this company is…. Skip Delta!!! THE WORST EVER

Crystal at Denver International Airport denied me boarding (check-in) on false grounds that my Delta ticket was bought with another credit card. I showed her the transaction on my Amex Account, but kept acting Karen and made me miss my flight. It is impossible that she saw another card if the ticket was bought with my Amex Skymile one. That arrogant DIA *Karen* was just feeling suspicious and dubious about something, maybe the low price (ignoring that I used some miles when buying the tickets). After *talking to her manager* as a good *Karen* for nearly 30 min, she had to face the situation and whisperingly asked how to handle the situation. He suggested to get me another flight to avoid expiration of my Covid test. I finallt got a 3 flight trip rather than 2, with 12hrs delay on my initial arrival time.

Paid for first class tickets. No meal on four separate flights. The seat was broken and wouldnt lay back...twice! The second flight it wouldnt come upright, and the stewardess scolded me for not putting it up and then insulted me by saying push the button numerous times...seriously?The flight, as in actual flying, was flawless! Smooth ride every flight we took. No baggage issues!!

Asking for a concerned parent waiting for their daughter thats been delayed for more than 3 hours now and just wanting to know where her child is. Maybe try and not act like I ruined your evening while playing on your phone and taling to the other person at the counter to ask if the flight was still arriving at the gate Ive been waiting at...its changed to another one.... First off the Gate changed on me last minute. I was never informed via text or e-mail. I waited in a line at the wrong gate for almost 30 min almost missing my flight until a complete stranger helped me figure it out. So at this point I am frustrated. I see the first class customers getting served food and drinks so I ask if I can get something. They tell me not until I am in the air. Wow way to make me feel like a peasant. Also I told them at the gate I have PTSD and a broken back. Usually they will put me in a bigger seat on any other airline. But they just acted like it was ok and put me in the back in the corner where I instantly got an anxiety attack and could of used that drink if I wasnt a peasant too them. I fly at least once a month for business. I will never use this airline again. I will spend the extra 40 for a batter airline

Great airline, good seats, and by far much more friendly than any other airline Ive been on so far this trip. We even showed up late to the terminal (a certain airlines fault that I wont name......United.....) But the lady wasnt mad or upset, just wanting to help us, I dont know her name but she was awesome, (blonde hair Australian accent)The flight attendants were helpful and never cross like some can be and over all a very clean cabin and plenty of room for everything. Even the small things like in flight magazines are better on this airline! Overall a great flight.

My plane boarded at 5:20 am so I arrived like a good flyer at 3:20 am. Bag check evidently doesnt open until 4:15. By then the line was approx 75 people deep. Long story short, Im TSA pre-check and made my gate at 5:15. Im sure others missed flights. Thats not a good business practice by Delta. Several people were very upset. The employees did what they could. Thats a corporate issue. I was really shocked to see a major airline pull a stunt like that. Denver airport by the way. That Denver airport is a whole different entry. Has to be the worst design in the North American industry. Anyway, thanks for reading my post. Hope this helps somebody someday.

It’s really unfortunate what has happened with Delta at DIA. I will still consider flying with them from here if I have no bags to check and the flight times are optimal.Even on weekdays expect a 15-20 minute wait to drop your bags. This has been consistent for the last year. Or longer. Basically since Delta moved their desks to the far northwest corner.I love Delta everywhere else. And I used to favor Delta regardless of wether or not the flight times worked best for me.Now it’s almost last on my list. Flying through DIA anyway.

Terrible service from my personal experience. The Delta personnel at Denver CO was not helpful at all. I asked for assistance looking for the gate which was not on the BP for a Delta flight to LAX and the lady try to direct me to the screens till eventually helping me out of common sense and human disency.
