Complex job: trimming of several large mature trees and removal of one mostly dead. Had to work with large branches over house, garage, fence. Results look great and we feel much safer now.

Horrible service, came to trim our tree and left half the dead branches on the tree!

The team that came to our house to trim a large tree away from the windows was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was a little nitpicky on which branches I wanted cut and they were more than willing to assist. They cleaned up around the yard afterwards a so there were no branches or leaves left behind. Pricing was fair as well!

I hereby recommend Artistic Tree Care (Artistic) without reservation for tree removal services under emergency circumstances. A large branch from an Aspen tree had fallen onto our neighbors property on a Friday night after a recent storm leaving the dead Aspen tree itself leaning perilously close to our neighbors roof. I called the owner of Artistic the following morning (Sat.) who came to our home within an hour and gave us a most reasonable estimate for removal of the tree, the fallen branch and grinding down the stump. I agree with the other reviews. Crew was on time and there was great communication with Vince. The price was within budget for us. The crew also kept their work space (my backyard) clean. I would definitely recommend Artistic Tree Care and will be using them for future work.

Vince gave us a great quote and hes been very responsive which we really appreciate. However, we have had so many issues with the work (and quality of) they provided. We have had to e-mail him many times because the work didnt get done, his employees damaged the fence on our property, etc., etc. It has been more than 1 month and a half since they started and have yet to finish.

The owner Vincent is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have been pleased with every job they have done for us.

These people are literally HEROES. My cat got stuck in a tree and the fire department, animal rescues, animal control, no one would help. I called maybe twenty tree services.These folks called me back within less than an hour, came out twenty minutes later and spent about an hour helping me get my baby down.They didnt ask for any money and they were so so helpful.If they act like this for something they arent even making money off then I can only imagine how excellent they are for any of the services they offer!!!

Havent had my trees trimmed for about a decade since my father hired some people outside Home Depot to save money but they ended up knocking out a gutter. And honestly I dont recall the tree looking any better.Got quoted within two days of the initial phone call, didnt need to be home, was sent photos and the price estimate.Scheduled day of cutting, they arrived and did everything. Cleaned up the site afterwards and Im impressed with the outcome. Was sent the invoice after the work was completed and paid online. Very convenient.Finally the looming dread of a snow laden branch smashing into my utility lines and causing me to lose power and internet for days is gone!
