Very disappointed in the service my company received from Jemsu. For about 2 years I was paying $200 a month for website maintenance - after hiring a new company and them getting into my site it was very clear nothing was ever done to maintain it. There were broken things on my website their team told me could not be fixed and that I just needed a new website, once looking elsewhere for this one gentleman was able to fix several things on it in about 10 minutes. There were several occasions they launched ad campaigns with copy I did not approve and spelling errors. If thinking about hiring this company or currently using them I highly recommend doing your research. After months of interviewing web developers and digital marketing firms it was very clear that there are as lot of options out there with a much better process as well as service. I can only hope Jemsu takes better care of their clients and actually provides them with the services they are paying for.
