THIS COMPANY IS LITERALLY THE WORST RAN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I CANT EVEN GIVE THEM A RATING THEY ARE SO PATHETIC. I WILL LITERALLY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IF YOU DO HAVE TO CALL THEM, ENJOY... I LOVE SPEAKING TO PEOPLE IN INDIA, IT MAKES FOR A REALLY PRODUCTIVE CALL.

This company sucks a fat one. Im paying too much for simple TV. Would be better to not have cable at all! Dont go with this company if you can avoid it

Called THREE TIMES to transfer service, all three times the transfer never happened.. a total of 4 hours on the phone. absolutely absurd
